Seriously, he's just burying himself. When he says : "In my case. I'm disabled because of my seizure disorder which prevents me from driving and scoring most jobs. This makes life EXTREMELY difficult for me or anyone with the same condition."
I know people that have no car yet are able to hold down jobs. Oh noes, need to take the bus in to work! What a disability.
I haven't had a job that required me to drive a vehicule, ever. The guy doesn't even need haters to make himself look bad.
Actually, he is making two individual statements in that sentence.
1. He can't drive because of the disorder. (which is status quo)
2. He has a hard time scoring jobs because of the disorder. (and also the fact he has difficulty reading, writing, mathing and paying attention probably weighs into it as well)
He is not saying that because he can't drive, he can't get a job.
As an aside, unfortunately public transportation is not stellar everywhere in the country (US), so who knows how limiting that can be to the job search. I know people that can't drive and have a job, and I also know people that would find it extremely difficult to get around period without a car. I've only been to Texas airports, so I couldn't comment either way.

uh what?, he said he does work whereas you make out he doesn't,"needing to take a bus to work" isn't a disability which what you said above reads like

,however the fact he has seizures are very much though and are what really matters
your people that have no car yet are able to hold jobs, that really has nothing to do with it other then the fact that they both can't drive, which is only one factor here, he is not saying that because he can't drive, he can't get a job, I read it what he was saying as 'the combination of not being able to drive and the disorder prevents him from getting most jobs'
from what I have heard if you have any kind of disability like seizures a lot of people won't even think of giving you a job

I don't know you but if there isn't some inside joke in there I'm going to have to assume you're a very clueless person. Not everyone joins the military for money. Military service has a lot more to offer. If you aren't aware of that then I feel really sorry for you.
For a few days now this thread has been raging on. Originally it was the merits of this guy standing in line who allegedly had no job due to a disability and lived with his parents.
Now it is a fragmented, quixotic series of sub-threads debating of all things the merits if military service, canceling all public-aide funds, health-care, religion and even the debatable merits of alternative lifestyles. Someone could have a great time diagramming out this thread to make various conclusions.
Reading this thread is like looking at a piece of modern art and wondering if it is absolutely pathetic or a total stroke genius.
Just firing back exactly what he said. The man said he doesn't get benefits from the government, what more do you want from this guy?
Then read again what he says on the subject :
He never actually said that. He said he was buying the iPhone on "savings" ignoring the fact that his savings could be easing the burden on tax payers if he gets compensation and he claimed to "own a business" which is work, which contradicts his earlier statement of being unable to work.
Basically, he's been contradictory and adjusting claims as the thread advances, or should I say, some poster with an account named jwagoner that might or might not be him is issuing these contradictory claims.
He also claimed to not be doing this for attention, yet was eager to post about a TV news outlet doing an interview and asking everyone to watch. You can see that clearly this guy has issues, IN MY OPINION.
I am not sure why I should reply since you obviously can not read but, this is what he wrote:

Notice how he does not deny that he is recieving benifits?

Check how many of your post is about repeating the same thing over and over. We get it, you don't like seeing people lacking any compassion with the man. Are you going after every one of the over 500 people who voted negative to express their disapproval?

Find me where he said that. He never did. I based most of my opinions on the original piece since we never established the jwagoner poster is indeed the same guy standing on that street corner.
And that's the point, if he hadn't made the comment about a disability in the original piece, this wouldn't even be part of the discussion. He threw it out there, it's posted up in the MacRumors write up, it's thus a discussion point. There is no Internet-based hero nothing here because this discussion won't ever lead to anything more than what it is : Internet based entertainment to pass the time.
