I hear that Telus will use Purolator, although I'm with WIND so I cannot confirm. And weirdly the carriers have their own preorder times.
They tend not to change the price during the product lifetime as the main phone, so they absorbed a lot as the dollar fell over the last year. This is getting some back, along with a hedge against further drops in the dollar's value.

Only took a solid hour+ of trying but it finally went through. Said unavailable all the way until the very end.

Which store are you going to? Bayshore or Rideau?
Personally, I'll most likely end up at Bayshore because the free parking. Although, I forgot that bayshore's parking layout is different from last year due to construction and entrances might still be blocked off.
Took me over 45 minutes and kept trying through the site, and kept trying the mobile app on multiple devices. There were times where the add to cart button was greyed out or sometimes it wasn't even there. And then sometimes it said unavailable, then after uninstalling multiple times then closing the app and reopening the app I see the 128gb iphone is available but no 64. I keep re opening and finally it says delivers 9/19 - 9/23 and was able to complete the order and is now being processed. Thought it would be a 5 minute process....
83 minutes after launch I finally got one using the iOS app. Shipping date 9/19-9/23 so at least I won't have to wait many weeks. Painful process.
Finally got a 64gb black ordered at 1:27 pst. I had to keep reloading through the app, tapping different configurations until finally the 'add to cart' button showed. First time it didn't actually work, but when I tried again it finally did. I was planning on getting silver rather than black but since I at least got the right size and got it added to cart I decided I'm okay with this
