Kept refreshing the Apple Store app and luckily got a pick-up date on Nov.3rd! Gonna pick it up in Eaton after work

Got in at 3:04, out by 3:05 on the browser (1). App stayed offline for me until that point.

Ordered the IPhone X 64GB Space grey for pick up November 3rd and my white 64GB is slated for November 21st and its in order in progress status
Same-I had prepped everything in the app (favourited my choice, updated my shipping address, entered my Apple GC in my wallet....) because you always hear the website doesn't work and when we preordered our 6/6+ the website was down for at least half an hour after launch. I didn't even bother getting everything set up on the desktop site and then had to run to find my gift card and enter my shipping address.
I'm OK with 2-3 weeks (I'll be on vacation most of that time anyways), I'm just glad I'm getting it in November and not 2018 like some analysts had us believe.
Just thought I'd chime in here as well as I also was lucky enough to secure a 64GB Grey X through the Apple Store app. Had the confirmation email by 2:04AM Central Time.

Good question. I ordered red leather and white silicone cases. They show as arriving November 1st which I guess will be cool to get a feeling of the size of the phone. I use my phone without a case most of the time, but I like having one of the official ones for when I'm doing work outside or in certain situations. Wish they had a brighter selection of colours.

To followup on my earlier question about a pre-order done through the Apple Store and having had to commit to full unsubsidized $1500+ pricing for the 256 GB phone. Just got off a chat window with Apple Support and was told that all Apple Store itself took preorders on in Canada were unlocked phones and that they couldnt guarantee I'd be able to get the phone on a subsidized plan with my carrier and get my $500 back. whelp
Just read your previous posts. I guess this early round of reserve for in store pickup are the type where you pay up front and just show ID to pick up the device purchased.
The only method that I know (a friend did it last month with the iPhone 8) was to return the phone in store and then re-purchase it as a carrier upgrade. At the initial purchase there was something wrong with his rogers account, so he just paid full price for the phone. Went back a few days later after getting his Rogers account sorted out - Apple did a full return, and then they used the same phone to sell him but via a Rogers upgrade on his rogers account.

If your mall is as organized as others, they'll open the doors and escort people in order to the doors of the Apple store so that nobody loses their place in line.
I was in right at 12:04am via the app (refreshing every 10 seconds). Checked out via Apple Pay immediately for a 256GB Silver. It never said anything other than 2-3 weeks for me. Definitely a bit disappointing that others who ordered later for the same model got launch day delivery, especially after staying up and putting in the effort.
he wants to resell for profit. I have one coming for reselling and I already have people interested. People really want this phone on launch day and they are willing to pay more for it.

My Apple Pay with VISA got declined, so I entered it in manually, got declined and had to add another credit card in and it took it. I was getting worried for Nov 3rd delivery. To my surprise I still have a delivery of Nov 3rd.

I got November 3rd pick up as soon as I went to check out about to complete it was spinning the transaction and bang iOS 11 decided to troll me by rebooting on my iPad Pro, by the time I got back in and reselcedted my iPhone it had 2 in cart so to delete One and re purchase I got slipped to November 21st
