Is it better to try to pick a time in the middle of the day? Don’t want to waste time picking an early time slot only to find out it’s taken by the time order goes in. Anyone know how that work?

Every second counts and it opens in 20 min here on west.

I'd pick maybe noon or 1 pm. I don't think they'll make you wait, if you're early.

Sorry.. urgent question...
do I get to pick the DATE and time I get to pick up the phone?
Or do I get to choose the time only?

11 mins to 6am

Just FYI this morning the app wouldn’t load for me, kept saying check back at 6am even though it was 6:05. Opened safari on my iPhone worked fine that way. Have a backup plan!

Mine opened right at 6am. Yeah back up plan is a must!

thats the page i was on and found one at a store 2 hrs from me so i picked the model and store and clicked "continue" and it took me to the iphone x home page?

I don't know what happened. With the iOS app I just selected model/color/storage/qty -> select location -> choose pickup time

i clicked on the link at 5 30 am and it was somehow online but no stock for me? can upost the link plz?
At 5:30 it was online, but all stores were sold out except Halifax. If you refreshed at 6:01 then you'd see 64GB models were available in Calgary (I didn't check Edmonton). Just make sure tomorrow to check right at 6 am mountain time.

So I made a reservation at 6am to pick it up right when the store opens (10am), but I still have not received a "Your pickup is ready" email. Does that mean that they do not have the phone? I am a little worried because yesterday the store had pretty much no stock of anything.

6am Vancouver - easily got a Silver 64GB reserved, but no 256 in BC at all today it looked like. I was planning to get a 256, but now I'm going to consider the 64. I had a 256GB but when I sold it a few days ago, I still had 187GB free.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.

were u able to secure one?

West coast inventory came up a couple minutes after 6AM. Freaked out because I got asked to do two factor authentication which I've never had to do before. Good news is managed to nab a silver 64GB at Pacific Centre! Plus I managed to go back in a couple minutes later and grab an SG 64GB for my husband because he couldn't remember his iTunes password......

Picking them up this afternoon! :)

Me too! 11am pickup.
I was trying for 256, but it didn't look like there was any of those anywhere in the lower mainland. Going to think about the 64 this morning and probably go for it. Even at a full phone, i still had 187/256 GB free on my old 7 Plus. Not sure. Maybe 64GB is big enough. Almost every single phone i've bought has been the largest size, and i only use a fraction of it. (and yes, im trying to sell myself on it)

Check the Apple store app. Go to the account tab and scroll down to “my reservations”. If it’s not listed there... then I’d be worried

LONDON - I was able to reserve a 256 SG this morning on the reservation system. I have a 64 SG that I used for a few hours yesterday that I will be returning when I get the 256. Does anyone want it, for the same price I paid for it? No AppleCare so it's just the phone + taxes.

12:00pm would be the deadline otherwise its going as a return to Apple in Masonville.
