My order just changed to shipped. It doesn’t say it’ll be here until the 20th. How trust worthy is that delivery estimate? Seems like an awfully long time to ship between today the 7th and the 20th. Especially when others got shipped status today and have their estimate ship date as soon as the 14th.
I don't think we made it on the flight to Achorage today but sometimes it takes a while before UPS actually updates tracking. I've seen delays up to 24-48hrs on other threads.
If UPS follows last week flight pattern, there should be a flight to ANC tomorrow but Flightaware may not show it until tomorrow morning or so.
“Action unavailable at this time” is what I get when I tap the tracking number and get taken to the UPS website.
Says it takes up to 24 hours for the info to be available. I guess I’ll have to check on the tracking number tomorrow.
True but if the tracking is up to date, we've been sitting in Korea for almost 18 hours. It arrived 19:52 and it's now 14:00 the next day.
You probably won't follow the same flight pattern as we will since you haven't passed the Zhengzhou step yet. Theres chances you go to Chek Lap Cok (Hong Kong) or Incheon as we did. Your best bet is to wait til tomorrow morning or so. You'll be fixed pretty soon on what route it will take if you already preordered a brand new Apple product.

Yeah. It's actually possible, some stays in Incheon for 2-3 days. Hopefully a flight shows up soon. The next UPS99 flight isnt out yet on FA.

The same thing happened in BC. We started to see stock like that late last night in the buy only section. By the morning, at 6 AM, there were many 256 gb available in the reserve section. They also kept poring in throughout the day. If it's the same as BC there is going to be plenty of phones to go around.
Reservations gone in Ontario within 30 seconds again.
The only stores that popped up were Apple Masonville and Fairview.

Can I return my apple.ca order in store? Cuz if I can pick one up at the Apple Store tonight, I'd rather do that than wait until next week for my shipment to arrive. Then I can return the other one when it arrives.

So here’s what don’t get, if you order right now from Apple the expected delivery is 3-4 weeks. It’s been that way for some days now.
My brother preordered within 15 minutes of it going live on Oct 27th, and he’s still scheduled for a Nov 21-28 delivery.
How can preordering a week before launch and ordering more than a week after launch result in getting the phone around the same time?

Ugh this is a long ass layover in Seoul for something shipped through expedited shipping. Hopefully Samsung didn’t steal our phones.
Apple's tendency is to underpromise and overdeliver. I was also scheduled for a 21st-28th delivery but shipped yesterday and should arrive next Tuesday (the 14th). Your brother probably won't be waiting much longer if his hasn't shipped already.
Well, because they're starting to get caught up. We are still seeing all of the store stock getting snapped up very quickly both here and the US, so there's still pent up demand (but I think the majority are those waiting on pre-orders)
So, every time a pre-order snags one that was destined for store stock, the line gets a little shorter.I think the 2018 estimate for being able to walk into an Apple store and pick one up was over-rated....but, maybe we haven't seen the Christmas rush yet.

If you order right now it says it delivers around December 19th. So don't worry.
Total BS is what it is. Apple really screwed this up, they obviously have some sort of prioritisation going on that’s screwing everybody ordering online.
My 256 SG, shipped Monday, was built last week. So in a sense, I guess it was shipped as quickly as possible. But who knows what kind of prioritisation the supply chain is under.
