Yeah and you can still get applecare+ in canada , my iphone 6 is from the usa and i bought applecare+ from apple canada...no issues at all

Pre-ordered a 64GB 6s+ and originally said delivers Oct 1-7th (I didn't wake up at 3am), but now if I log in it says delivers Oct 7th-14th. WTF Apple?

Definitely still tough to swallow. If the share everything plans weren't so crappy and stingy with the data I'd consider it... but they suck. For me to upgrade it will double my monthly bill and give me less than half the data. I'd rather come up with the extra money to buy it from Apple but I'm really having a tough time with paying $1300+ for a phone.

I would have a hard time paying $1300 too. In fact, I couldn't do it. iPhones are a lot more expensive in Canada.
Bummer!

I checked the more info and entered my postal code for Whitehorse YT. My delivery estimate by apple is 25-29 and my email confirmation is at 12:08 AM ordered on iPhone app. However the more detailed gives me September 30th!! Apple thinks we live in igloos with dog sled mail delivery or something. But I'm not worried as usually Apple is wrong and I bet I'll get mine on Monday the 28th. Funny though....

I ordered through Telus because I had a great experience with Telus last year during iPhone 6 plus preorder. I ordered last year 12 hours later but still received mine 64g on launch day.

Well this year isn't looking so hot for me. I ordered rose gold iPhone 6s plus 64g and the estimated delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Looks like I won't be getting mine until November.

Only 10 days to go! It's the 2nd time I preorder an Apple product (the first being the Apple Watch). At least this time I won't have to wait a month between ordering and receiving the device :D

Even clicking this link it asks for my zip code instead of postal. I've also gone through apple Canada and can't get the Canadian version of it for some reason :(

Edit: got it to work on my iPad... No info available :( should I be worried? Lol

That means you'll never get it. Sorry try next year with the iPhone 7.

Make sure you put a space between the 2 parts of the Postal Code (K1K 2K9).

I haven't seen anyone reply to this fully but pre-orders are shipped to your house, reservations are shipped to a store of your choosing.

This is a BIG BIG difference.

The Pre-orders should be sent on launch day if not close to it. Reservations will be up forever and are unlimited but who knows when you will get your reservation.

The iPhone 5 I reserved did not come in until 5 weeks after Launch. I needed to upgrade quicker so I switched from Fido to Rogers and picked up a phone on launch day (note that Fido would NOT let me pick up a iPhone 5 on launch day since I had pre-ordered (Even though the location I went to had plenty of stock on launch).

You'd think that after so many years of selling out their iphones at launch, you'd expect Apple to produce more phones to meet the demands every year but no I guess they havent learned.

Yes Pre-orders have priority as they are to arrive day of launch so there was way more stock there. Reservations will take a bit more time for some models.

Unfortunately Rogers isn't guaranteeing any delivery date on the pre-order page. So they could still take as long as they wanted to, allocating stock to stores first.

No we've been told over on Rogers forums by Rogers representatives that Pre-orders stock goes first. They are pushing people to go this route so they don't have the usual in store fiasco of previous years.
