The Rogers pre-order/reservations this year are a complete mess.
There were at least 3 ways to pre-order or reserve at the beginning.
If you pre-ordered like me, where you clicked "Upgrade my Device" from the Rogers website, then you'll supposedly get it shipped to your door on or close to launch day like the Apple pre-orders. There's no way to track this though, and the only way to find where you are in queue is to call rogers and speak with a rep.
If you used one of the reservation options for in-store pickup, then you'll be able to track your status on the reservation page. It'll tell you when it's been shipped to your local store.
Quite frankly, I have no clue whats happening with their pre-orders at this point, and I'm not sure they do either.
