No we've been told over on Rogers forums by Rogers representatives that Pre-orders stock goes first. They are pushing people to go this route so they don't have the usual in store fiasco of previous years.

Oh well that's good news that they've said that. That thread is so long, I haven't had a chance to read through the whole thing yet.

Got 3 iPhones all showing 25-29

No clue if precise. Used the page that tells you what day you will receive it and it says the 25.

The reason we get 25-29 is because there are different shipping zones in Canada for Apple. If you live in or near any major city (excluding the Northern part of the country) you should receive it on the 25th.

If you go to the shipping info on Apple.ca you can put in your postal code to see where in that range of dates you should get delivery.
 
I preordered from Rogers, I'm number 33 on the nation wide preorder list. Can someone tell me where you are seeing these shipping statuses saying "processing"....all I got was an email saying when it's shipped I'll get a tracking number.

No one at Rogers knows what the heck is going on with the release...I asked if I'll receive it on launch day and got 3 different answers. Think I'll receive it on the 25th? Someone else even told me that I have to pay for my upgrade before hand, before they'll mail me my new iPhone....upgrades are always charged to your bill right?

When I ordered my iPhone 5 through Rogers instead of having a number it switched to saying shipped.

Those of us seeing "processing" are through the Apple Store.

There were at least 3 ways to pre-order or reserve at the beginning.

If you pre-ordered like me, where you clicked "Upgrade my Device" from the Rogers website, then you'll supposedly get it shipped to your door on or close to launch day like the Apple pre-orders. There's no way to track this though, and the only way to find where you are in queue is to call rogers and speak with a rep.

If you used one of the reservation options for in-store pickup, then you'll be able to track your status on the reservation page. It'll tell you when it's been shipped to your local store.

Quite frankly, I have no clue whats happening with their pre-orders at this point, and I'm not sure they do either.

Brutal eh mike...just brutal...a company like Rogers can't get their crap together is pathetic!
 
I'm number 3 with Rogers business for 128gb 6s+ Grey and same for gold.

I expect to see them in November. For the last 3 years I preordered and always waited at least a month for the phone to arrive. Last year I was no 1 in line and still waited a month. I expect this year to be no different.

For what it's worth it's a lot easier for personal accounts... Just walk into bestbuy on launch day and upgrade... Bobs your uncle and you're done.
 
Mine just got changed to preparing for shipment - ordered a 6S+ Space Grey 16gb about 3 hours after pre-orders opened up.
