For those of you that got tracking numbers today and are worried that it doesn't look like anything is happening, here's some information that I hope helps calm your nerves.
Apple is one of the best in the world at supply chain and operations, I'd place a high amount of trust in their abilities. If your order says "Delivers 25/9-29/9" then check your postal code in the "Delivery Date Information" section on this page (
http://www.apple.com/ca/shop/help/shipping_delivery) to get more accurate delivery dates.
Also, it seems that some phones are coming from China and other are probably located locally in Canada. For the phones coming from China, its quite obvious since there is tracking information showing where your phone has been. Phones coming from China via are using UPS
Worldwide Express Saver.
Phones that are sitting locally are using UPS Express Saver (
http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/time/service/intra/express_saver.html) which is a domestic shipping product which has a delivery commitment of "Next business day delivery by 3:00 p.m. to metropolitan areas across Canada". Although since UPS is going to be busy tomorrow they might not make the 3pm guarantee, but should delivery on the day. Since the phones are local, UPS probably hasn't touched them yet. They probably only need over night to process them and get them out on trucks to you for launch tomorrow (major metropolitan areas).
1 more sleep!
