Now I'm worried lol. I'm also in Kanata and only have the departure scan from Concord last night at 21:30!
Well going to bed last night my phone had departed Minneapolis and UPS still said delivers Friday....waking up this AM....things have taken a drastic turn for the worse

Same here, but it still says it'll deliver today for me. I'm still hopeful but it would take a Christmas miracle to to pull that off.
Well, I'd say if you are in Calgary you still will get it today...as for Whitehorse....I doubt it!! Funny thing is that Apple said 25-29 but more details told me 30th from the beginning...now UPS has fallen to that 30th date....oh well....just a phone...will enjoy it next week when it gets here....
You'll get yours today. Flight left Sioux Falls to Calgary (arrival 7:09am MST).
My phones on the same flight but needs to make it north of Calgary.
Yeah Apple says there are no flags on the account so it should come today. Seriously if UPS pull this off I'll never say another bad thing about them, no matter what they charge.
Sorry, that really sucks, I'm not holding out hope for mine until I see it's in the city but really annoyed for you to have that 25th date and have it change last minute. UPS should know by now if they can deliver to an area on time.
That's fine, I see Concord a lot of times when I order from places like Best Buy and Amazon, and I normally get it the following day. So you are on track for today.

"Held in Warehouse" is probably the worst status update we can get!

No problem flights now in Calgary so plenty of time to deliver your phone!
The only thing that really annoys me is I spent the time to stay up and order as soon as I could get onto the Apple Store App and had my order confirmation by 12:08PDT....yet still people in Whitehorse will get a phone today just by going through Bell or even walking into Bell and picking one up as they told me they have ones coming today that aren't spoken for. I know UPS has ways to get it to Whitehorse on planes that would easily have made it and if the Bell store is correct, Apple somehow got their shipment to them today....so why can't apple use proper logistics and get mine to me today also...sort of pisses me off and I guess next time for 7sPlus I will try a different way like ordering through Bell. Bell.ca shows my phone as in stock today if I was to order right now....ridiculous....
Also in same location, ordered a 6s+ within first 5 minutes of preorders being available. It says it's stuck in Montréal and they can't provide an ETA other than within the month. What a load of ****.
As a side note...the phone just scanned in Calgary...now there is a flight to Whitehorse from Calgary (AirNorth) tonight so if it goes on that one, I should have it by Monday. My worry is they are now throwing it on a truck as they often do if you don't have the highest Express shipping option....there is a chance they could fly it to YVR this AM and get it on the afternoon AirNorth flight and deliver by 5pm but I doubt it if their own estimate dropped to Wednesday....if it is really Wednesday then it is going ground which is ridiculous....rant over....

Congratulations! I remember during the 5S launch, I had a reservation for pickup at noon and I had to wait for over 2 hours before I was even let in to the Apple Store at Eaton Centre.
