Hrm, I wonder what constitutes "very early released". Mine was shipped 7/25, so a day or two after those who have already received theirs. I know thee were a few periods before I ordered that the case went in and out of stock, so that leaves me a bit hopeful that it was another batch, but I'm not terribly expectant that the issue is fixed. I'll let you guys know regardless, should arrive around Tuesday.

Mine just arrived today. I ordered the white one. Will put it on in a bit after and I hope I don't have the same loose bottom issue as some have posted already. I'll be disappointed to have to return it if all their models are this way.

Sorry to report that mine is way to loose at the bottom also. Too bad, I love the Capsule as it was the best hard case protection I've ever used. This one was just way too loose at the bottom and not very snug fit all around. In time dirt and grit will get in between and your bezel will end up scratched up. Just like typical silicon skins and those clear acrylic shells. This one goes back and the search continues.

Hoping mine isn't loose as well, and although they are willing to replace, will they refund me shipping them back the defective one (as I'm in the UK). Guess so, their customer service appears to have great so far. BTW, I didn't order from SwitchEasy as they don't deliver here, got from AppleProShop.
I'm from the UK too. Had to buy it from appleproshop. Now can't decide whether to open the thing when it comes or just stick it on eBay.
Guess I'll stick to my griffin wave for the meantime!

mine fits very well. The chrome bottom is not exposed but it IS looser than the rest of the case (which is super snugg with bodyguardz underneath. I'm very satisfied with mine. Love the material and rigidity of the reinforced back as well as a connector plugg that doesn't cover the speakers.
So you can have bodygaurdz and invisible shields on with this case?... thats pretty cool, except that it exemplifies the lack of a perfect fit

hmmm cuz I really sounded upset... I would be so pissed off that someone got a good case??? I haven't even received mine but ya, good-productive remark... but i guess I should be productive and inform you that it is NOT silicone, something they stressfully advertise...know your **** if your going to talk it

It's some type of synthetic polymer resin. It's stretchy like sillicone but not as sticky. It's got a texture of g-10 or zytell if your familiar with either of those. (I make knives and use each for the scaling on the handles). No it won't scratch your phone. ESP if you have BG or IS on it as well. I'll try to take some pics after work tom. I really like the case IMO. Even if u get a loose one it's better than all the other cases for $20 bucks.

The artic is a clear material apparently and thats why its coming through. Some people say its not silicon but some new material so I will hopefully have my white one today to see what the difference is.
Just saw it. I would love to get the Rebel Artic. By far the best looking case I've seen. I'm just worried about the loose fit. I'm still returning the white case because its just too loose of a fit. If only the fit was tighter, specially the bottom section.

Well, I just got mine today (it came on Saturday) and it fits perfectly. None of the loose bottom problems.
My only gripe is, I like the arctic over the white that I bought, so I guess I'll have to buy another one

FYI - I got an email back from SwitchEasy regarding the replacement of my Capsule Rebel Black.
I originally contacted them through their "Contact Us" link from their webpage. In their email response to me they state that they will be mailing me a replacement and an envelope to ship the defective one back in.
