well this sucks.. just woke up to see that they issued me a refund for my order of the Arctic case that I placed yesterday... this was their message with the refund:

I have to issue you a refund. Really sorry about that! The color you ordered will not be available to the US till Thursday! (Shipment got stuck in Custom) We don't want to loose your business, Please place your order again Thursday!

I don't see how they can't just hold onto my order for another 2 days and then ship it when the cases get in, but who knows... this may have potentially cost them my order, as like I stated, I was on the fence and just kind of went ahead and decided to take the leap on a whim... now that they're making me have to replace my order, it might be more difficult for me to pull the trigger a second time... I'm still not 100% sure I want to put my iPhone in a case anyway....
 
Popped home on lunch to see if mine had arrived... stil not here. Little bit concerned especially after another UK guy says his arrived after 3 days. Been 5 days now...
 
I ordered on 7/24 and only received my paypal email, nothing from Switcheasy.

Anyone have an email address for Switcheasy, I've sent to 'contact us' forms and all I receive are confirmations they've received those but nothing answering my questions.

it arrived in 3 days as I paid $30 for express shipping, paid more for shipping than the case!! I'm one of these impatient types ;)

Funny, I paid for regular shipping and got in three days. :) Received it yesterday and love it!!
 
I emailed the company last night using their web form about my case, did anyone else email last night and gotten a response yet?

I ordered yesterday and got a shipment confirmation email later that day. It was sent to my PayPal email address though, which I never use, perhaps you're checking the wrong e-mail?
 
Same deal here - I sent a message to switcheasy via their website last night - no response all day today!

I sent them an email too about exchanging my case, i think yesterday or the day before.
They sent a reply an hour later saying they would answer my inquiry soon.
But they haven't sent anything yet. :confused:
 
Just got my replacement case in the mail today and it fixes the sagging bottom portion of the case. I'd also say the return process was easy with SwitchEasy keeping me updated the whole time.

From what I can tell the case looks the same so I dont know what has been revised but I can say that it no longer droops.

How long did it take for switcheasy to get the exchange process started? I emailed them yesterday but still haven't heard anything as of yet.
 
I emailed them on Sunday, got an email back on Monday saying they were shipping a replacement and I got it today (tue). Im in the same area as SwitchEasy so delivery is fast for me.

Good news then. I'm with the others waiting for another email on how to return and exchange. Or return the white and get the Artic model. I like that one the best.

no one got an artic with a white iphone? from the posted pic of the artic it looks like it clear? you get to see the apple logo from the iphone?
 
Ok I've seen nothing from them yet and starting to get quite :mad:. I am going to check my mail today to see if they sneaked me a package but I doubt it without communication.
 
i have emailed them 3 time from their website with questions and haven't heard back :(.. 2 of them was sent around July 24th when i saw their release article.
 
emailed sales@switcheasy.com yesterday because I'd not heard anything on my order from the 24th other than my email from PayPal.

Ends up Switcheasy or Paypal had refunded my order because I wasn't in the US. But I'm in Indiana. So I placed another order and sales made sure it went thru and handled it directly right then.

The way I understand their normal policy is you should get an email with tracking# from them about 24 hours after your order.
 
White iPhone 3G & Arctic Capsule Rebel

Does anybody have the White iPhone 3G and the Arctic Capsule Rebel? I am debating whether I should get the White Capsule Rebel (for my white iPhone) or get the Arctic Capsule Rebel. I like to see the Apple Logo but am not sure if it will look good overall. If anyone has any pictures of this combination PLEASE post them. I am ancy in the pantsy to order one but want to make sure I choose the right one for me.
