I got tired of waiting since I've not heard anything back in 24 hours so I combed through my mail and found a reply from a employee there about my order in the past and not getting a shipping notice. I would recommend emailing sezoltan@gmail.com but you didn't get it from me.

I ordered the Black Rebel Case off Amazon for 17$ and just got it today. Its perfect! No saggy bottom or anything I posted a few pics. There pretty low quality but they show the case in its full glory.

Ok - I just called AppleProStore just now. First off, i would like to say, they are probably the best online retailer in the business. He has offered to send me a replacement while I send in the defective piece. I am so impressed with their flexibility that i will also place an order for the white one from them right now.

They know how to make it right - I still havent heard back from Switcheasy though.

This is where I ordered mine from and it was defective - they have the best prices and super fast shipping. But im just wondering if their initial defective stock has been replaced.

Ok so after 4 or 5 days here is what i think. The case is overall great. It will definately protect your phone, hands down. Everything is covered, even the volume and power buttons. It's actually EASIER to push the buttons with this case. I have Bodyguardz on the front and back of my phone so it's completely safe and fits very snugly in it. My only downside to this case that i see so far is that the plastic hard skeleton piece that gives that case it's extra rigidity get little microsscratches easily. This is no big deal to me as i am sometimes hard on my phone (sliding it across my desk, putting it in my pocket with keys etc), but if you are the kind of person that wants the case to look as pretty as the phone, you might just leave that part off.

The one thing i haven't done yet is drop my phone to stress test it. I have a feeling it would do very well even against concrete but that face is still open, so if you don't have a IS or BG and you drop it face first on a rock... the outcome prob won't be too good.

OVERALL 9/10

P.S. My bottom is loose, but doesn't sag below the phone

Glad to see they're fixing it for you. I hope mine isn't a defective one, haha.

Has anyone received any emails from Switcheasy regarding exchanging cases? It's been two days and I haven't heard anything from them yet...

Very nice case, I love it. Does anyone know how much thicker it makes the phone compared to the Contour Flick case...? I bought my new iphone this morning, and picked up the Flick while at it, but I'm really liking the capsule rebel

I would like to know this as well. I also have the LRG Monster Case and would like to put a case on and put it in the LRG Case. A little much, I know, but I like how the LRG Case looks and hangs off of your belt and. The Flick and the coming soon Slider seem to be the thinnest cases out/will be out.

Ah, crap. I just ordered black one for my white phone as well. If you're in contact with them again could you ask whether or not they have received a fixed batch of the cases...

have any Canadians received their case yet?

Have any Canadian readers received their case yet? I ordered directly from SwitchEasy and was issued a USPS tracking number. For days, the tracking just shows "electronic shipping info received", with no indication that the package is actually en route.

Well I decided to place my 2nd order for the Arctic case... hopefully they've made their way through customs and they'll ship my order instead of refunding it again and asking me to place the order again later :(

I'll report back if I hear anything/get it with any info regarding the loose bottom on this model

I ordered from switcheasy a few days ago.

The number you received was a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number, so it will only be updated after delivery.

What are the screen protectors like that come with the case? I hope they reduce smudging and fingerprints bc i cant stand having to clean the screen everytime i use it.

Just got my case in today. Ordered it on 7/26.
I don't have an iPhone 3G to try it out in yet (direct fulfillment ordered on 7/25), but I wanted to have a case for right after I got my iPhone.

First impressions:
Please excuse the quality of the pictures, the only camera I have is the one on my Katana :( still waiting for my iPhone to come in!

The packaging is very nice and clever. I love that the iPhone "cutout" in the case doubles as a user manual and holds the rest of the accessories not in the little box at the bottom. Although, I'm unsure as to why I also got 3 smaller versions of the user manual as well (4 total, pic included)

The bottom does look like it's sags (crappy pic included), but I won't really know until I actually get my iPhone to put in it.

The accessories it comes with are really cool. I love that it comes with screen protectors (saves me a few bucks buying them separately), and the universal dock connector is also a nice touch, because this case doesn't seem easy to take on and off.

Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I just wish I had my iPhone to put in this awesome looking case. I'm looking forward to buying more colors (skeleton, anybody?)!

Reordered Arctic

I've been following this thread for a while, the case looks amazing and I think it's very promising that they have relatively good customer service.

I too ordered the Arctic from their site on Monday and they refunded me on Paypal citing the customs issue. I waited till the clock struck midnight and ordered it again on "Thursday." When I work up I got the order confirmation/electronic shipping info, sent at 6am.

The tracking hasn't updated but I'm hoping to see some stuff soon.

Keep you guys posted when I get it, and I have a White 3g iphone so I'll post some preview pics of a white iphone in the arctic case.

Anyone have this and Contour flick to compare? Because I currently have Contour flick, but I placed an order for the SwitchEasy.

Going to return Contour, hold onto it, or give it to father... Not sure
