it was at tracking yesterday, and now its at picking stage which is the last stage before being complete.
They've just told me DPD are delivering mine tomorrow (home delivery) - still not believing it though until I have a tracking number!! 
Guys, I have ordered with CPW many times. You will likely not get a notification until much later on tonight. Maybe 5pm but definitely onwards. Sometimes I've received them on the morning.
Don't panic...
Also, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app. Often shows your package before you get notified. It's great.

Just checked my DPD tracking and my iPhone X has been delivered to the Carphone Warehouse Store! Miracles do happen...

Nothing on the app yet for my home delivery...
Don't expect anything until the evening when they actually dispatch orders for home delivery.
Has anyone got tracking confirmed for delivery today to Carphone Warehouse store? If so, has anyone collected successfully? I got confirmation from DPD saying that the phone has been delivered to my local CW store but they refused to hand it over because Apple won't let them give it to me until tomorrow. Just curious if anyone else had collected successfully or been given the same information.
I just called up and they said mine is arriving tomorrow and gave me a DPD tracking number which isn't working yet. I ordered SG 256GB at 10:12 via home delivery. Still not totally convinced as the tracking number they gave me is only 8-digit and DPD is usually 12.
10:12? That gives me hope for my 256GB Silver which was way earlier than that.
I know, 10:12 seems very late. I'm pretty skeptical still.
