I ordered 8:25 on Friday but they messed up got moved to the end of the queue. Went on cpw twitter to explain what happened, heard nothing for more then 12 hour and bang I've got my my phone delivered.
Oh god, I hope I get my email soon, I’m bricking it. Nothing yet, fingers crossed.
Just got off the phone, mine is in picking and have been told I will get it delivered tomorrow. Just waiting for the confirmation message

What time did you order and which model?
Mate is bugging me about the CPW order but I don't think I will hear anything until tomorrow as it's not meant to arrive until Saturday.
This just shows how bad CPW are, I messaged them on live chat earlier and they said it is in picking and check later.
I just rang and they said its being fulfilled on the 10th.
I go on chat again now and they say this:
Oh I see, "User". I have checked into your order and do see that the order has been completed and is set for delivery tomorrow.
These people must know nothing or dont communicate
He also said this
"the tracking number will be sent to you via email and text. When the order is on it's way so that you can track the order. It will be likely tomorrow that they'll send you the tracking number."

They phoned about 10 minutes after the delivery email and were pretty insistent that they couldn’t let me have it until tomorrow as that’s the launch date.
Ill be attempting about 3/4pm to collect mine in Barnsley

Just got off the phone with both DPD and CPW trying to upgrade delivery times DPD day CPW have to do it but CPW day DPD must do it? But one thing that is confirmed that it will be delivered tomorrow still don’t believe them will wait once if got tracking number
I've been trying too. I spoke to a manager on the phone in Customer Service and he said that there's no good reason why the store shouldn't hand the phone over. I can't see what the problem is, it's not like Apple will rain hellfire on them for handing the phone to a customer a day early! Besides, I'm sure Apple won't let you activate the phone until tomorrow anyway.
Will be interested to see if you get the same brick wall from your local store.
Those looking to collect today - it will not happen.
I worked at CPW part time last year and into this year until May.
They will not give you the phone until it officially launches there is always correspodance around this for employees from Apple. I orderd my 7 last year from them and even I wasn't allowed to take my own device.
Don't waste you time or get arsey at the staff, they're doing what they have been told to do by Apple.

I agree please don't take it out on staff. You know to well even if it is delivered to store it is still under pre-order until Friday, they don't need to give anything until then.
