I didn't realize the s*** storm that was going to create. CPW dm'd me on twitter saying there is an issue regarding my order and I should call the sales team. I promptly called the sales team they put me through to two different people before they could figure out what's up. Turns ou that my order doesn't have a billing address so they have to cancel it and make a new order. I went berserk explaining to them that if the order is cancelled I will be sent to the back of the queue, they really didn't care. CPW explain that they can't add a billing address, so they have to cancel the order. They transferred me back to the sales team who turn around and say don't worry you will receive it on the 10th just like your original order, even though my email said 3rd. Turns out only the small amount of people who paid deposits a month in advance would recieve a November 3rd delivery. Everyone who pre-ordered it on the 27th will recieve it on the 10th November.

According to a web chat a few moments ago, my 64gb SG is set for delivery on Friday.
Ordered at 8:03am on 27th.
First email at 8:04am.
Second email at 9:35am.
Money taken on the day too.
What did your second email say?
I also ordered through Apple who are saying 13-20. Let's see what happens on the 10th. Got a feeling Apple might deliver earlier hopefully.
My live chat also saying the 10th now. My Apple order same as yours. I will be canceling the CPW order (or returning unopened) and go with the Apple order. I think it’s disgraceful CPW say it’s due on the 3rd (they’ve still not informed me of this!) and then change it to the 10th. They KNOW how many they’ve ordered and when they can expect them in. No, I’ll be sticking with my Apple order.
Guys if you have requested store delivery check where it’s going, just Calle duo and it’s going to North Acton, supply chain warehouse, they don’t know why. That’s not my local CPW
I fear for the CPW store staff on Friday.....gonna be a lot of disappointed people heading down to them for a good moan!
I did warn you these fraudsters just wanted to take as much money as possible to get interest off. They do refunds within 1-2 weeks lol. Says it all.
I cancelled a Pixel XL 2 order and was told that as it was over £200 they couldn’t refund it back to the card I used to pay for it but instead would have to send a cheque out and it could take up to 4week

I ordered 7.50 am on Friday they are telling me 10th nov not the 3rd seams consistent with what others are being told

I know how you feel about the lack of tracking if there was a basic interface like Apple provide then it’s better than nothing.Worst thing for me is the entire lack of any tracking. One of my orders I have no email confirmation at all, and no order number - done over the phone. The other order done online I had an email and order number.. but nowhere to actually put that order number to track or get a status update.
