It may or it may not be. I think it is impressive that a $27 device essentially looks like an iWatch, and offers at least some of the most useful features offered by an iWatch.
I agree that the more you pay on a tablet the better the performance. Why? Because, the difference in tablet performance scales with price because component decisions (and software decisions) make a much bigger difference on something that can, potentially, do a lot more.

Because you think this $27 piece of garbage is comparable to Watch. It's like saying don't buy an iPad or a a Nexus 9 because you can get tablets at Walmart for $50.
