Interesting... no dock connector change it would seem. I, for one, would like a tapered back. Still waiting to see what benefits iOS will have with an elongated screen; also, what "exclusive" feature the next iPhone will have. Part of me is secretly wishing it will not have any such thing. This will keep me from wanting to update my phone for the first time since the original iPhone launched.

Well there was that rumor that iTouch's would have an LTE variant like the iPad next time around.
Lots of speculation and rumor, no facts right now. All signs point this last one being a possible fake.
Most likely None. Probably just some fake photos someone took Or apple throwing people off.
If it's just longer there will be a large migration to larger phones, and I suspect a backlash in the media.
People on these boards really don't realize how much Steve Jobs revitalized the Apple brand through aggressive design changes all through the nineties. It's only since the intel chip and the iphone that they've changed their philosophy since they've become a market leader. It's kind of sad to see Apple become so dependent on brainwashing what people want through marketing and buzz. Apple used to design some far out stuff before and took some risks. I for one miss those days.

Yeah nothing screams innovation like slapping a big screen on it.

It's just bad design. That's it. Something Apple used to take risks at and made things a little more fun and colorful. Now they peddle rectangles that come in silver black and white.

Nope. Bad fakes. Apple quit using philips head screws a while back. Also, I think they are moving away from the 30pin. Doesn't make sense for the iPod to have a different dock connector than the iPhone.
That actually looks kind of nice but it runs andriod 4.0 instead of iOS. I've heard of fake iPhones from china but never seen one before.
If it's the second one then I'm all in for sure. That looks perfect to me. I would hate to see the iPhone go 16.9 would not increase in width because they probably wouldn't change the screen again for at least 4 years.

Mistaken...look at how much hand is showing to the left of the phone and fingers to the right of the phone...it's the same on all 3 pictures
No the white version definitely looks longer it's not scaled proportionately with the hand, it looks like a friggin' remote control.

Every time a new device comes out, they cause the most in-convienence to everyone as possible...
I mean, why would you want to plug in an adapter, just to use all your old cables/chargers ? Think this was done deliberately, so Apple can make $$$ ?

All I can say is, the resolution in a 4-inch must to be doubled than the 4s, otherwise it ain't worth it, ad i'll be switching, for sure, to the Galaxy S3......
