Grrrrrrr I wish it would warn you or at least a setting for it to do a pop up if the article is older than so long. I'm like why is the ATV+ price so much higher. Oh May 2022. But then why are the other two still the same as the article states?
Hulu lets you pause your service. It needs to be prior to your billing month, and takes into effect in one-month billing increments. Are you able to pause your phone service? Internet Service? Cable Service?
At least you can make use of AppleTV or Netflix while you're on vacation.
This really isn't an option for the public at large, and the masses. They're too tech inept to do the more basic stuff like setting up streaming boxes, their own computers (including tablets and phones like from Apple). Some are so awful in that regard that they don't really know how to go online (I know some elderly who are such prime examples).Torrents seem to work better lol

Some have morale issues in doing so.
It's also not convenient. Pay $10 to $20 for a streaming service, and access a buffet of content at your fingertips.
Last but not least, you need to pay for a VPN, and some would rather just use that money towards the usual expenses anyways.

"Costco subscriptions" as you your membership to Costco? Or the subs to News+ and ATV+ specifically? If the former, that seems like you'll have it for the life of your membership. If the latter, then it should revert to original price once you use up all of your subscription codes, no? I do recall hearing that sometimes, it takes a while for Apple to revert prices to what they currently are, so dunno if the rep meant that, or you got some grandfathered plan going on.I purchased News+ and TV+ subscriptions through this Costco promo in 2022. When I checked my subscription info in the App Store app today, it shows both renewing at $9.99 and $4.99 per month, respectively, rather than at the current, higher rates. I was surprised to see that I'm grandfathered into the old rates, so I called Apple to double check. They confirmed that $9.99 and $4.99 are what I will pay when my Costco subscriptions expire.
Has anyone else noticed this? It's a fantastic deal, which I will hang onto as long as Apple honors it.
I'm referring to the subs to News+ and ATV+. These were purchased directly from Apple by using gift cards purchased from Costco."Costco subscriptions" as you your membership to Costco? The Apple rep confirmed that $9.99 and $4.99 are what I will pay when my current subscriptions expire. I'll post an update when they expire. ATV+ will be the first, around Aug. 5. News+ is good through mid-2025. If the rep turns out to be wrong, and the prices increases, I'll just drop both.
