If Apple is not recording this stuff then what is all that recording production equipment? Hopefully video of this will make Apple.com. Anyone? Ars Technica when not being overloaded has good live feed.

Is it really a "press conference" if there's no live video feed and if the only recording going on is by the company giving the press conference? The first thing to go in a democracy is a free press because dictators need to control (read:edit) the message. Sorry for being melodramatic. I guess I'm saying they should call it what it is: a media event, and reserve "press conference" for live mics and podiums.
