I also realized I had the ability to craft a legendary G58 Dian smart submachine gun. Smart weapons are so much fun!

I almost want to get this game just to experience the bugs. LOL
Last night I encountered some cars that had melted into the road.
The bug I hit tonight was nasty... literally. I ended up being trapped... and had to exit out of the game and load the last autosave. It was a NCPD side mission. I jumped on the roof of a house to stealth in. As I'm walking on the roof, I glitched into the attic. I was already trapped, so I took a quick selfie.

After I took the selfie, I jumped along the walls trying to get out so I didn't have to reload the game. V ended up falling through the attic floor... all the way down into the basement looking up through the floor where the enemy is waiting for V (the gamer) to do the quest... hahaha... I like how one guy has his legs up on the desk... like he's taking a break waiting for the mission to start. LOL

***WARNING*** The pic is looking up, so the pic may not be appropriate. It wasn't bad... but I pixilated it just in case. I think pixilating it made it worse... so let me know... and I'll delete it. I'm putting spoiler tags, so click at your own risk... 🙈

Compared to my last post... something with a little humor... and something I imagine my V character would do/say... "What do you think about my pants?".... LOL

It’s really not that bad. If you’re playing on the base PS4/Xbox one, then be prepared for frame rate issues for sure. Otherwise, with the latest three patches and on the new GEN consoles, I’ve only ran into one problem on my XSX, and that’s it. A lot of the Snark that you’ve read/heard from the inception date, most of it’s expired since a lot of the recent updates.

Not sure if this is a glitch... but my motorcycle some how got inside a nightclub during a side mission... so I took advantage of it. Strange... I don't remember a cigarette as a pose option in photo mode... but it looks good for this shot.

Still doing sides and stuff... now level 41 and all my quick hacks are now legendary. I noticed in my Journal... all the missions (side and main) are all now Danger: Very Low or Moderate. I guess the more you build your character, the danger levels adjusts. BTW... where is everyone... haha

That's how I am also! Even though the danger is low the stories can still be really interesting and you can get good loot.

Speaking of cigarettes, has lung cancer been cured in 2077? I can't believe how many people smoke!

LOL.. the game looks futuristic... but a lot of the content seems pre-dated. I just got the epic/iconic O'five Sniper rifle from a side mission. It's fun to use... but now you guys are making me want to craft a smart sniper riffle next.

It's kind of a PITA that it only shoots one shot before needing a reload but that one shot counts for a lot!

So the other day, I posted a YouTube link for a song from the soundtrack. ("Bells of Laguna Bend"). I just completed the Pyramid Song mission and have to say that the mission, with that track in the background...easily one of my favorites so far!

Some of these side quests really go down a rabbit hole and are so good!! I haven't hit that one yet.

For sure! I won't spoil it but what I will say is that this one is a change of pace. I have a new appreciation for the track I posted earlier (which I already loved before actually hearing it in the quest. Love it even more now)!

Interesting. That didn't cross my mind.

I am 36 hours into the game and at level 16.

For all missions I use a mixture of sniper, quickhacks, smart shotgun, grenades and katana. This keeps gameplay varied and I have refrained from buying mantis blades to avoid making thr game feel too easy.

Although I am enjoying the game, I feel less excited now that I have double jump, 15 ram slot and other cyberware that I was lusting and working towards.

I would like to play other games but there are very few next gen titles available. Forza Motorsport is my type of game but I don't want to buy it as a next gen version is just a few months away.

However, I am grateful that Cyberpunk has provided me with something to bury my head in during Covid lockdown. 😀

I guess the developers when coding, didn’t take into account when you punch a handicap NPC sitting in a wheelchair (Yes, I know, how cruel😁), The handicap NPC actually get ups and physically start running while using profanity. Well, I guess they’re cured. Absolutely hilarious when it happens.

Things that I don't interact with in the game are:
-NPCs
-Cars

I cannot wait for CDPR to overhaul thr mechanics of both.

I just got into trouble because I used my jumping ability to get early access an area they didn't anticipate.

Here's how to get around the "Dream On" quest problem I hit.

My “favorites” from the game so far...

Quest: “Pyramid Song”. It’s a change of pace. The environment, music (see below), and story have made it my favorite so far.

From the soundtrack: “Bells of Laguna Bend”. (If you haven’t made it to Pyramid Song yet, this is the music I was referring to above). I know some people who, for whatever reason, turn the music volume down when playing a game. If you are one of these people, at least turn it on for the Pyramid Song quest. Trust me!

And my favorite line so far comes from the “Epistrophy” quest: “Beep beep, motherf***er”. 😂 I‘ve laughed at quite a few lines between V and Johnny, but for some reason, the “beep beep” one just cracked me up 😂

I‘ve run into some bugs, mainly temporary freeze-ups (have not experienced any crashes, thankfully). The bugs that I’ve experienced so far have not ruined my experience. I’m having a blast with this one especially as someone who loves futuristic settings...hats off to those who designed the world! Easily one of my favorite games and getting the bugs worked out will just make it even better.

I have completed the story with some side missions and gigs left to do.:)

Overall, a great game but with flaws that I hope that future updates and story extensions will address to make Cyberpunk a Legendary games.

Love
-The mechanics of weapons, cyberware, quickhacks and breach protocols.
-Jaw dropping levels of visual details.
-Main story and the cut scenes.

Hate
-The life paths aren't true lifepaths as game play is th same for all three once you have completed the intro.
-Lack of emotional connection to my character because of the lack of 3rd party point of view.
-Character customisation and clothes
-Unengaging and stupid NCPs
-Rubbish driving mechanics. I rarely drove cars and stopped completely once I had double jump.
-V's apartment has little purpose. I have only willingly been to it twice.
-The importance of perk and attribute points could have been better explain.

Read an article that they had to cancel loads and loads of mission with Jackie. That's really a shame. It would've benefitted the story for us players to bond a lot more with him, and to grow in the scene. Now all we got was a quick "video" with flashbacks on those missions...
Same article stated that V's apartment originally had loads more functionality but had to be removed to get the game out. We even got a small notification at the start of the game, stating we could put stuff in the trunk of our cars and that it would link to the storage in the apartment and stuff.

I bet the "Save for later"-functionality folder within CDPR is massive.

In the last third of story missions, I didn't have a bond with any characters as I didn't trust any. There's definitely a lack of comradery and lightheartedness in the game.

Some of the evil villains apartments and houses are stunning. It would ha e been great if parts of the game included progressing to a swankier pad.

I still think it's a great game even if it could have benefitted from another 6-12 months of tightening.

It will likely have a life cycle of 5-8 with periodic updates, DLC, enhancements and story extensions.

That is such a shame. At the time I thought it was so odd how they handled that whole intro. There was no time to bond with him and think of him as a good friend.

There are vids out from yesterday on a anonymous dev mentioning they cut a lot out to appease shareholders and management to meet deadlines. Also the dev mentioned that the are reworking the code and adding most of what they cut out by June... all rumors... but there is hope.. Anyway... I really should start on the main story and finish the game. I'm now level 45 street 50... but I'm close to cleaning up Center City... which the last sector on the map for me... LOL.

That exactly how I am. I getting close to cleaning up the city and I'm only about 40% done with the main story.
