Same Q-6. I played through the game and I really love the world and setting, and it has so much unused potential! When all the DLC and the PS5-patch is released, I'll be happy to replay the game and visit Night City once more.

Do we have any info on when the PS5 version (or patch) will release?

Wow... I should feel bad for them... being hacked and all... but I still feel mad at the same time... like they are just stringing us along with patch dates they can't meet.

I was interested in this game... until I saw the issues.

What is the situation like as of today? Many fixes/patches?

Patch 1.2 details have been released. My observations are that they have:

-Tweaked the time delay and intensity of NCPD spawning on you.
-You can now unstick a vehicle by rocking it off a rail.
-Driving dynamics have been tweaked and there is now a sensitivity slider in the settings menu.

Call it turd polishing at best. 💩💩💩 👎👎

It's by far the buggiest AAA game I've ever played BUT I did enjoy it. I was getting non-stop crashes at launch. That got fixed but you'll still experience lots of weird little things that are broken.

Still a fun game... even with all the bugs. Just as long as your on a next gen console... or a PC with somewhat current components... it's still playable game with current patches.
Yes. The game has good entertainment value. I only encountered 4-6 visual bugs on the Series X but stopped playing after 40 hours.

I look forward to the investors call that will take place in the coming weeks. Tough questions will be asked.

Wow, that timeline is such that it appears that next gen consoles won't see any love until late in the year - shocking in all truthfulness. I don't know what sort of work effort is required though I thought it would be sooner then later

The next gen version would launch in September but could also launch much later. Don't forget that the recent hack and endless improvement work on the previous gen version will have a knock on effect on the next gen version and multiplayer.

The Witcher 3 next gen version was announced in September last year but hasn't launched yet.

Recently I came across an onlinencommrnt critiquing the mini map in the game. I conconur that it's pretty useless when driving as it's so easy to miss turns. 😁

I wish that you could adjust the size of the min I map. It just one of many features in the game that are not fit for purpose.

Long term, the PC version will be best as the nodding community can sort out issues amongst themselves.

That whole system is just awful. I just fly past turns because i'm looking at that tiny map. It doesn't help that the street racing has a system where arrows are displayed on the ground. They could have done that.

At least with a motorcycle its relatively quick to brake and make a uturn.

In a car however, the poor steering, risk of missing turns, intersections randomly clogged with cars, makes it a chore to drive long distances. 😫

I have up on cars as soon I got my motorcycle but use fast travel whenever possible.

Displaying the arrows on the ground is a good idea. (I’m looking in the direction of WatchDogs when I think of that). Plus, given the futuristic setting of Cyberpunk...it would fit in! You’re driving a car that has no windows and instead projects the surroundings on a screen...throw some GPS data on there 😂

It's also bonkers that they have an AI taxi that you can't hire to get around. I used to like riding in taxis in GTA 5.

FYI: they planned a whole subway in the game, but like a lot of stuff, they didn't have the time to finish it, so it became a teleport-thingie.

You know, its funny you mentioned that, because, I did a fast travel from the subway and it felt odd, to have that there when we already have FT locations and it seemed like it should have been more then a FT location
