> i don't think so, Screech.
That was NOT our deal.
i said we would let you live and give you a PART of what we found.
WE will decide what that is AFTER we have evaluated that pile of stuff over there.
And we will be fair, but i promise you that the greedier you get, the smaller that part will become.
And before you get strange ideas in that little head of yours, I shall remind you it is still 4 of us and just two of you

you are currently unconscious AND unstable.
first, you need to be stabilized, so you will not die.
once you are stable, after 1d4 hours (1-4 hours), you get back 1 hp. if you then start the full rest at 1 hp you are fully healed, as usual.
however, if you enter a long rest at 0 HP (even if stable), you are not fully healed, but you get just the 1 hp back.
so, practically, if you are unconscious but stable, you need to combining the reviving rest (1d4) first with the long rest. however, your reviving rest can be part of other characters long rest.
in order to get stable, you can either keep making death saving throws (and risk failing them) until you get to 3 saves, or have another character stabilize you by succeeding at a DC10 a medicine check (wis).
the order/timing of the saving throws/checks when out of combat (and therefore with no turns) is not obvious (at least to me), and so i think it depends largely on the DM and on the situation.
personally, i think a reasonable scenario is one where every other character can do one medicine check (if they want), and if they fall, after that the unconscious character has to do the next death saving throw, then the other character can attempt their medicine checks again, and so on, until the unconscious character is stable or dead.
of course presence of healers, healing potions or medicine kit (add those two to the shopping list) changes this.
