Dang. The iTunes 10 icon is UGLY

Did anyone had this issue? When iTuned 10 came out it popped up in Software Update so I updated it. However when I try to launch it by clicking on the icon in the doc it says Itunes is corrupt. I know reinstall helps but why is this happening ?

Same here. I figured it was because I messed with /Resources but I don't know. Worked after the reinstall

It really is ugly. I've tried to copy/paste new icons over the new iTunes one and it won't paste. Am I doing something wrong? wtf.

I ran into the same problem so I gave up. I did not want to mess with physically placing the replacement icon into the iTunes file via finder (right click on iTunes>Show Package Contents>Contents>Resources) so I gave up and am learning to live with it.
