I don't think any retailers aside from B&H are offering the BTO configs at all. So for us BTO orders we're stuck waiting sadly.

How do you get pick up in store option?
Delivery window: Dec. 5 - 9th. 13" stock model with TB, ordered about 7 hours after the keynote.

Saw in the master delivery thread that someone in the 3-4 wk range got charged within the last day or two. Here's to hoping they get the wheels turning!
I figured it out. If you build to order, as in adding extra RAM, you get the ship to store option. No ship to store for stock models. That's kind of strange.
And then there's me, alone, 20th-29th December.... I'm not holding my breath in hope of seeing it this side of Christmas
Hey now I am December 21st-27th so you are not alone! Cancelled my original preorder to change to the 460 after reading some reviews and benchmarks. Tried to upgrade shipping to bump it a little and hope for a pre-Christmas delivery but was told by the first Apple rep that my BTO was unable to get any upgraded shipping then called back a second time and was told that any order placed after November 1st automatically had expedited shipping. IMO both are full of **** but whatever...
Several people in the forum for the delivery week just before us are reporting that they've managed to get their desired MBPs at their local Apple Store, and have cancelled their online orders. Gives more hope for the rest of us without an Apple Store anywhere near a reasonable distance.
I did the same on the initial order and then realized I should have used my Apple Business account. Saved me over $300 though. I don't need it fast so I'll keep the cash versus getting it faster.

I'm 7-13 December for a base 13" Touch Bar.
Was hoping, as it's not BTO, it would come quickly once they were on a roll with production. But it's for the UK and considering no one's received any here at all yet I'm not holding out hope. Keeping my eye out for the stores getting any stock in, but I don't see that happening any time soon either.
