I am in PA as well and nothing... Maybe the are shipping from Newark or the Apple distribution warehouse near harrisburg??

Ohio here, too. We're close to Louisville (UPS) and Pennsylvania (FedEx), so there is still hope for us. Even if our watches came in on a plane Thursday, they could still get on trucks and make it by Friday. Although I did look at my last preorder (iPad 2012) and I received tracking info the Wednesday before launch day.

Yah see! The mid-atlantic range hasn't really updated yet. And I find it almost impossible to believe that NONE of us will receive our watches by Friday. The lack of movement is as much as a sign as all the movement.

My iPad came from a FedEx distribution center in Middleton, PA. I would assume watches would dispatch from there as well.

Middleton is Harrisburg, it is located where the Harrisburg Airport is. It is not a FedEx or UPS hub, but an apple warehouse. So maybe the planes are flying there and shipping from this hub. I would flight aware planes going to MDT airport and see when the fed ex or UPS plans there.

Boston here. "Preparing for Shipment" but no tracking number yet. Not too upset because I'm assuming (based on what Apple has been saying internally as well as externally) that it'll come on Friday, so what's the sense in fretting?

I just looked at my 6 Plus order, delivery estimate was October 20th - 27th. I received it on the 19th. Hopefully the watch will behave the same way.

Also.... My 6 Plus went from China to Anchorage to Lousville to Horsham (me).

I'm in Louisville where the UPS World Port is so I'm hoping my 42mm space grey sport will be delivered on Friday even though I have not been charged and it's still processing. I got my confirmation email at 3:04 AM Eastern Time.

This is the track my iPad preorder took back in 2012. So far, the watch isn't following it since I haven't heard anything since placing the original order.

You should have already seen movement on that particular watch, I was charged and sent to preparing for shipment yesterday around 12:30 pm PT

I'm charged and preparing for shipment, not tracking info though using UPS reference.
