I completely forgot about the warehouse being up there! I live with-in 40 min. It would make sense that those living close would be processed later. Hope that we hear something soon.

I live about an hour away, so I'm expecting some kind of update tomorrow. Maybe it will go right to shipped?

How are people finding that weird UPS information when Apple hasn't provided a tracking number?

I'm still stuck in preparing for shipment. In northern California.

Is anyone else getting tired of the “strip-tease” called Apple Watch:

September 9, 2014 “Introduction” – stay tuned (for SIX months)

March 9, 2015 “Re-introduction” – but wait a month for pre-orders

April 10, 2015 “Pre-Orders” – which sell out in six hours

April 24, 2015 “Delivery” – well, not quite – if ordered in first 6 minutes or so “maybe 4/24-5/8″

August 2015 for some (black stainless steel) models

So almost ONE YEAR from first fan hitting the floor to final result…that is insulting…

Yes... We've gone well past anticipation and are headed towards excruciating.

Yes, they did remove the launch date from the site, because Angela Ahrendts (Apple's Retail head) indicated, in an internal memo, that there would be no watch inventory in the stores on the 24th. In reading the articles relating to that memo, I didn't see anything about accessories.

I know that there's a thread for this comment but I'm gonna drop this here. Angela is the one in charge of these things now and now this fiasco being her first launch? I'm not all to convinced that she is worth the job.

Or she was stuck on having her first launch be one of an entirely new product category unlike anything Apple has ever done before. They want an intense amount of personalization to go into these watches... So it makes sense they were taking things online only.

Retail can only sell what's available. If there were truckloads of watches missing delivery dates you might have a point, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

While I agree that this launch has been rough, I feel supremely confident that the decisions were not hers alone. She may end up getting most of the blame, but that doesn't mean she was solely responsible. With that said, I would say the jury is still out on her.

A little off topic from the general throng of complaints, speculations, and intermittent updates...

Can you imagine how worse this entire shipping/ordering process would have been if the watch had included multiple capacities?

Imagine all of us trying to figure out which models/cases/bands prepared for shipment when and where, and on top of that, figuring out if it was the 8GB or 16GB or whatever. No wonder Apple just made all watches the same capacity so as to not double their SKUs...

That would have been a nightmare...

Shipping

They are shipping UPS next day - at least for one of mine. I have UPS My choice and states that label printed but with a 4/23 (tomorrow) date and 4/24 delivery. This is for a sport 38mm white band.

My sort Space Grey 42mm is still has not moved to anything. Ordered this one first and have a confirm at 2:05am CDT within 5 minutes.

Yeah I'm sure that if they would've sent an assortment of watches to each store, they would've sold out before the doors opened. They just dropped the ball when it comes to planning and distributions. They just changed something as vital as the launch date. If you read the email from Tim Cook's executive team, they state that they're still discussing the launch scenario.

The Space Greys were without a doubt the most popular. It doesn't look like everyone will receive theirs on launch day.

A majority of users have reported confirmed delivery dates for models other than the SG's.

Germany - Sports black 38

Hi,
