Everyone needs to realize that each of the launch countries had a portion of the Apple Watch Productions allocated specifically to them. They have to, so they can get packaging and watch launch language correct.
Watches will ship out in the order people placed preorders IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. Just cause someone in Frankalooska, Canada ordered at :15 and it getting it launch day doesn't mean Apple skipped you.
And also, the system was processing 6629497373 orders at once. Give it a bit of slack if it didn't get your 2:02AM CDT order before someone at :03. Apple is doing their best to ship out in the order orders were placed but it is nearly impossible to be 100% accurate with this.
Orders originally allocated for May/June were because Apple set the system up to push dates back at a conservative estimate. Because I'm sure less people ordered the 38mm AWS with PSB then the 42mm SS with BSB or CLB, people farther back in the line are getting their watches. The only difference is, THAT LINE WAS SHORTER. They didn't allocate the same number of watches for each SKU, but based on expected ordering.
They didn't expect the demand for the Black AWS and SS, or for the popularity of the SS+BSB.
