Wow that's strange.as soon as I changed it my ear date of arrival changed to the 27 at the location. The hub is maybe 5 miles from my town its in a different town I wonder if that's why that occurred
Did you watch ship yet or is it "Ready for UPS"? I asked ahead and was told to wait until it ships to select pickup at hub.
Are you sure you chose the correct hub? I was told by UPS that if you choose a local UPS store, it'll go to the hub first (4/24) and it could take up to 1 business day to get to the store (4/27). I recommend contacting UPS.
Are you sure you selected a UPS Customer Center? If you select a UPS store or other retailer, it takes an extra day, but it shouldn't delay the date if you make SURE to select a Customer Center...at least I think that's how it works anyway.
I believe Apple's shows as shipped once there is a package/watch committed to you and a printing label has been printed. It will update on UPS once UPS has it in it's possession. That what mine shows right now anyhow.
Did they tell you why you should wait until it ships? Only problem I've seen is that once I requested a pickup, it changed the status to "Exception" and I haven't really been able to get any more updates from UPS.

The customer centers are denoted as CC and a darkjer brown option on the map. By default when you choose a UPS store delivery they automatically tack on an extra day. But in cities like Boise, it's usually the same day in my experience.
I'm not too worried about it. If I don't get it tomorrow, it's fine. Maybe I'll check with them tomorrow if it doesn't hit the Customer Center by tomorrow morning.
Has anyone tried to change the status for pick up on UPS My Choice and been told they aren't the primary?
It had not shipped but once I changed the location for pickup it said it was in transit I cancelled the request I'm just hoping I didn't screw myself over and not get it on Friday anymore
No, all pickups are listed as an exception. Contact UPS Chat to determine if the delivery date will go back now that you have canceled the pickup. I don't think they can change it out of the "Exception" status.
Presigning

I also had changed my orders to be delivered to a UPS store. I just chatted with a UPS agent and she told me that doing that will delay the delivery by 1-2 business days. She said if I have it held at the UPS Customer Center it will be available tomorrow. So I cancelled the UPS store request and changed to be held. Funny though that it now says it's available to be picked up 4/23, today. If only!
I am near Quantico in NoVA. Ordered 42mm SS w/Classic Buckle on 4/10, confirmation email at 3:02 AM EDT. was charged for watch and ApplePay on Monday, status change to "preparing to ship" on Monday as well. no movement again till this morning, when I got the shipped notification email from Apple and the delivery date of 4/24 from UPS.
I ordered the exact same watch and model for my wife at 3:03 AM, and it's still processing, so I don't know what's going on. I'm sorry my friend...
Yup. Curious why all the Canadian in transit status' are in red though (inc mine).
Why is everyone wanting to pick their watch up? You people do realise that delivery companies can DELIVER? Are you all that impatient?
I just called the local UPS store that I want it delivered to, they usually have a good idea of when the get shipments from the hub which usually occurs on a certain part of the day. I told them about my package and that most requests they get like this are on the same day (which matches up with my past experiences). He told me they get all overnight packages between 10-11:30am.
My recommendation is call the local store you want it picked up at.
