I feel like the Apple Watch app on iPhone is almost forgotten over the past few days/week. They haven't even added the 4 new guided tours. And on that subject, why the heck is Apple taking so long to push the information out on this launch. Whatever exec is in charge of that stuff, the online handling of the AW information, needs to step her/his game up.

They should know, just from the loyal following of people buying iPhones after iPhones every couple of years, the more information given=more watches bought. I know plent of people in my life now who wouldn't think of switching from Apple iPhones, but don't really understand the watch, the average masses. But Apple still has their loyalty!

Release the all the how-to's.

Unlock the Watch App Store.

BEFORE the watch even comes out. More buys. No brainer.

But hey, the good news is that, the Apple Watch app now is moved to the second screen by default, rather than the first. This way people who aren't planning on buying the watch don't have to stare at it by default.

P.S. I bought the watch, waiting on my 4/24 ship date ;)

Notice in the second to last paragraph: "Due to constrained supplies, there will be a limited number of customers who will be receiving their Apple Watches on April 24, but users who have pre-ordered and do not yet have their devices can also attend to learn more about the device."

That paragraph is written by Juli Clover for MacRumors. That's not Apple's writing. Apple's description of the workshop clearly states to bring your Apple Watch.

I don't think this proves anything. However, it is the rare bit of information that comes directly from the horse's mouth, and it is therefore much more interesting than speculation from non-Apple sources.

These are facts, not speculation:
  • Apple is having workshops early in the day on the 24th.
  • Apple says to bring your Apple Watch to these workshops.
  • UPS and FedEx rarely deliver to residences before some of the workshops are scheduled.

Do these facts indicate something provably? Of course not. But it is the data we have to work from.

Looks like we'll see statuses changing soon! :)

Do u have a screen shot of the home screen ? Default

The app used to be on this screen, as you can see, I did a Reset Home Screen Layout, and then now it moved to the second screen next to the Extras folder.

Does anyone else want to take this one? I don't have the strength.

EDIT: Ok I caved!! You do realise you can move the icons yourself, right?

Charged for charger

Just got charged for the apple watch charger I bought- the store still says processing though.

Question, why does Apple have the watch first and sport second in pictures? Doesn't that make it seem like the Watch is cheaper?
