Well its not a US order but Dec 9th show's promise!! My order is Dec 13.
Maybe I'll be "preparing" next week!

Mine shipped yesterday. Ordered Dec 3rd. Estimated delivery is Monday Dec 31st. Coming from China.
I ordered on the 18th and when I called apple they said they will start showing times next week but hopefully they are soon.
Good for you! Things like these make me lose faith in Apple though. Looks like it's just random selection with them, i'm still stuck at preparing and i ordered the 30th..

Dude, I would get on to them. Surely if you prove to them that others who ordered much later are getting theirs, they should do something! I ordered on 2nd and I'm starting to get pissed. Mind you I've been stupidly waiting since last January :/
I called them yesterday. Unfortunately i live in The Netherlands and that means i can only communicate with the dutch online apple folks. Which aren't really bright if you get my point
The dude on the phone even told me that it was normal for a status to revert from PFS back to Processing. What's even more insane is that i ordered around the same time as "Bintje" (a member on the forum here) with the same payment method and we both live in the same small town. She got the iMac yesterday and i'm still stuck in PFS.
Too bad i don't live in the US since it seems like Apple only cares about their US customers and not their European/Dutch.

I know what you mean, we seem to be less of a piority if we're anywhere but the US
it can't be normal to move back to processing, that must mean something has gone wrong, I just wish they would give the smallest amount of info. Where in the Netherlands are you from? I live about 50km from Utrecht (That's the largest place nearest to my little town) Where are you from then? Already got your iMac?
I had a bit too much concerts lately, first one is in March again (Lil Wayne) then the next in September (Pink Floyd)
Ordered mine on 2nd December and came on 27th.. Had to refuse it though.. Forgot to order fusion drive.. Now my other one is processing and will be dispatched in jan.. I'm in the uk btw
I live in the US and mine went to preparing or shipment for three days, then back to processing, then back to preparing for shipment for about a day before shipping. Now my est arrival is Monday by noon. Can't wait.

I've been checking the fantastic spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlEmmsf8GxV9dE1EQnFzWGpidFduY1Qxb2ZYUFZTQ2c#gid=0 and seeing as how orders on the 7th seemed to prepare yesterday, and seeing as how it looks like a 21 day average ...
No luck.
In fact - according to the spreadsheet (which is a small sample, I know) - nothing prepared today. Anybody see any "preparing" today? I'd assume it's a 7-days-a-week operation, yes?

It will come, eventually :/ I'm waiting on a new desk for mine anyway at the mo, hopefully that will come before my iMac does or it will be in the box staring at me for a few days
I'm from Norwich in the uk, is that some of the real floyd your seeing or Australian pink floyd? I'm hoping DeWolff will be playing somewhere when I'm over, I've been wanting to see them for a while now.
