Finally preparing for shipmend!!!!!! Yeeeep..
Ordered 9.dec.
Well its not a US order but Dec 9th show's promise!! My order is Dec 13.
Maybe I'll be "preparing" next week!
Sweeeet!
This morning my order moved to "Preparing for shipment", at noon it was "Shipped" with a delivery date of 7th January, but now it updated to 2th January. All in one day!
Ordered on the 6th December.
Some who have ordered later than I have already received shipping notifications. I'll just have to take this as a small ray of hope that I'll soon be going from "Processing Items" to "Preparing for Shipment" ... arghh!

Good for you! Things like these make me lose faith in Apple though. Looks like it's just random selection with them, i'm still stuck at preparing and i ordered the 30th..
Dude, I would get on to them. Surely if you prove to them that others who ordered much later are getting theirs, they should do something! I ordered on 2nd and I'm starting to get pissed. Mind you I've been stupidly waiting since last January :/
I called them yesterday. Unfortunately i live in The Netherlands and that means i can only communicate with the dutch online apple folks. Which aren't really bright if you get my point
The dude on the phone even told me that it was normal for a status to revert from PFS back to Processing. What's even more insane is that i ordered around the same time as "Bintje" (a member on the forum here) with the same payment method and we both live in the same small town. She got the iMac yesterday and i'm still stuck in PFS.
Too bad i don't live in the US since it seems like Apple only cares about their US customers and not their European/Dutch.
Yes, maybe this sounds like an ******* comment... But it wasn't meant to insult him. It's just what I think about this kind of presents.
And yes it's of course completely relative.
Now calm down.
@vannibombonato
Nothing to deny about this. It was kind of a imprudent and hasty post, and I just stated what I think about it.
I'm out off here before this escalates even more. Happy iMac tracking. (;[/QUOTE
so if i tell you your mothers a whore, its ok as long as i say "ohhh i didnt mean it that way" cmon

I had no idea my post would cause all of this craziness - so sorry everyone!
thats the thing, you didnt do anything to stir up anything, no need to feel sorry... You should be able to come on here and seek advice or help on a topic without people dissecting everything you say and twisting it into their own crazy interpretation and making an argument out of it..

Shipped. Due by 08/01/2013.
I'm sorry is that an "8" as in august?!
Some (if not all) countries in europe write date DD/MM/YYYY.I'm sorry is that an "8" as in august?!
I know what you mean, we seem to be less of a piority if we're anywhere but the USit can't be normal to move back to processing, that must mean something has gone wrong, I just wish they would give the smallest amount of info. Where in the Netherlands are you from? I'm heading your way in June to see iron maiden
it's gonna be epic!

Yeah - I was initially taken aback at the comment and didn't know what to make of it - lol

As Notohyr mentioned, I meant 8th January.
ok, i didnt see that, good to hear buddy
Hmmm ...
Having ordered on the 8th, I though today might be the day I'd see "Preparing for Shipment"
I've been checking the fantastic spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlEmmsf8GxV9dE1EQnFzWGpidFduY1Qxb2ZYUFZTQ2c#gid=0 and seeing as how orders on the 7th seemed to prepare yesterday, and seeing as how it looks like a 21 day average ...
No luck.
In fact - according to the spreadsheet (which is a small sample, I know) - nothing prepared today. Anybody see any "preparing" today? I'd assume it's a 7-days-a-week operation, yes?
Yeah i know. Nothing i can do but wait really. Already cleaned up my desk etc to make some room
I live about 50km from Utrecht (That's the largest place nearest to my little town) Where are you from then? Already got your iMac?
I had a bit too much concerts lately, first one is in March again (Lil Wayne) then the next in September (Pink Floyd)
