Good news: Apple is still promising January shipping for new orders. Bad News: Barely a trickle of shipments in recent days per "the spreadsheet". I was hoping to see some post holiday shipments on there when I woke up this morning.

The data in the spreadsheet if not updated promptly and regularly does not mean too much, however there are allays some trends visible, and the most visible one is the processing bit :)

Any way I'm expecting to see more computers being shipped and also received, but I imagine as soon as someone gets his/her computer there will be no time to update whatever :) as for instance the 1st guy on the list.

Keep updating please

I ordered Dec 8. Same as yours except 1tb HDD (have external TB disk enclosure and disks all ready).
I've had several conversations with two different Apple CSRs who both have assured me that the 30 day zero interest with Barclay will be honored even if it takes longer than 30 days to charge the card. For what it's worth.

I'm trying to be patient. Apple has not lied to me, misrepresented anything, and gave me a free wireless keyboard (I ordered the usb one with the numpad, then tried to change it to wireless: they gave me one rather than have me lose my place in the queue!).
I'm just feeling a little impatient, is all. Dammit. I'd just like to see a little movement, but I suppose EVERYONE is entitled to a holiday!

oh man what a relief I hope this is for sure for sure sounds like it is

Anyone gone to the apple store ? I hear they will be getting the new iMac some time this month.

Or do you think they are holding of on this to they clear out the old iMac they still have?

My store has the smaller screen ones in and got a limited amount of 27 inch ones today. They wouldn't say how many. I am just hoping they don't sell out before I get off work.

I think all the old iMacs were cleared out awhile ago.

need help...

now my order status is saying canceled... WTF

Does anyone know if Apple Care kicks in from purchase date or ship date? I ordered my Mac with Apple Care on Dec 7 and it's still processing, I could protentially lose 1 month of coverage.

I've been wondering the same thing. It would be unfortunate to have your AppleCare run out a month or more before the 3-year anniversary of receipt of your iMac.

I was told by an Apple SA that you can start your One-to-One membership whenever you like and the 1-year coverage would start on that date, NOT on the date you were charged for it.

words cant express how much i hate you lol
... And jido giggled quietly :) :)

I really love it, but at the moment the family is using it mostly as a 27-inch Internet enabled TV.

I am really glad to have it, it's such a great design and cuts loads of clutter in the living room. My old computer was starting to have issues so it came in time.

Shipped! It went from processing to preparing this morning and now it's shipped! :D expected on or before 10/01/13 to uk. I payed through Barclays too and was starting to worry seeing all this 30 day expiry stuff going on having ordered on 2nd December. Really feel for the guys having their orders cancelled because apple are taking so long, not fair.

I asked apple about it they say it does not start till you receive your Mac.
