me too but I just see January... no specific days like others
UK/EU orders priority?
Looking at the spreadsheet by LogicPro and the similar thread on delivery exclusively for EU/UK location, it appears their orders are moving faster than North America orders.

The spreadsheet is only as good as the latest edits, so I'm hoping folks have lost interest or been distracted. Cuz I hate to think production has ground to a halt.
I'm wondering if they are dedicating a few days (a week) of production to retail stock? Because there's a slew of prepared/shipped for orders form the 6th, then it just seems to stop.
all the stores get a shipment everyday but they never know what's in them and they go supper quickly good luck I went with ordering it online and keep checking stores so if the store has it first I can just cancel and if not its still on its way
There are several of us with orders placed on 1st December that have not received ours yet either so I doubt it lol.
Ordered December 17th, cancelled and reordered on the 19th.

Saw the 27 base model at an apple store before Christmas and it made me absolutely giddy. My last apple was a 2006 power mac laptop, and my last imac the original, so giddiness was not difficult to attain. I started laughing when final cut opened in one second.

When you mentioned that you had the first iMac, I got curious-- What was the first one? (The one I'm currently waiting for will be my first Apple computer after 28 years of PCs.) So, a quick Google search and I found a video of Steve Jobs introducing the first iMac in 1998...

It amusing to hear him get all excited about the stats of the computer (RAM, HDD, etc.) and truly astounding when you think how far we've all come in 15 years.

Within the last 30 minutes, my order status changed to Preparing for Shipment!!!
And I checked my Amex card... there's pending charge from Apple already on there. An hour or so ago, there was none.

Wooo Hoooo!! So glad to hear there is some movement. Congratulations, and thanks for giving us all some hope. I was getting really sad not seeing a lot of good news on shipments today.

Will be going to the reseller in the morning to get an ETA. That said I'd rather wait a little longer if it meant I don't get one with a faulty screen
Ordered mine on December 6th. Still processing. It says it is available to ship in January. I'm hoping to hear something later today as all of the factory workers are coming back from holiday, so hopefully (with an emphasis on hope) things should speed up soon, but that's all purely speculation on my part, so I guess we'll actually see if anything does happen.
I was really hoping to get it before school so I could play around with it a little bit before I had to do actual school work on it, but unfortunately it looks like I still have some waiting to do. Unfortunately for me I'm very impatient, especially since I've been waiting all year for this. Crossing my fingers that mine (and everybody else's) ships soon.
