I got a full refund of purchase price including shipping. They did not require that I send back the junk.
Haha, this is why I told them not to send me replacement I didn't trust them. I got full refund today
Here's my cheap ebay case (this one).
The fit is pretty good, not perfect, but pretty good. You can see in one of the pictures that it bows out a little bit near the top on the right side. Also, if you squeeze the corners there is just a little tiny bit of wiggle. For $3, though, I'm pretty happy with it. By the way, the screen protector you see here is from Monoprice, it wasn't included with the case.

I just went through PayPal using the Resolution Center link at the bottom of the order details page that takes you to page to Report a Problem. Listed the reasons why I wanted a refund. Item not as described, doesn't fit, yada yada. 10 minutes later I got email from PayPal saying that dispute claim was closed and I would receive refund on my credit card in a couple days. Easy peasy.
I just got mine. It won't be. They really fell down on these cases.
I'm looking at those cheap eBay cases though. Get about 10 of them just in case you break one....

Does it have the beveled edges on both sides similar to the Desmay or is it a sharp edge? How is the lip agains the face near the glass? Is it somewhat tight?
Ordered 4 of these cases as well... 2 black, 1 red, 1 blue. Both of my black cases have the same bulge problem. Red and blue do not have this problem... fit and finish really nice compared to Desmay. Total: $10... so not a huge loss on the blacks.
It's got the beveled edge on the front around the glass, but the back is just a regular 90 degree edge. The lip is pretty good around the front except for the bowed section that I pointed out above.
Honestly, these are probably made in the same factory as the cheap eBay cases! 0.3mm cases are incredibly thin which means they don't hold their shape very well.
And can someone tell me why you'd buy one of these in frost if you have a black iPhone? It looks like absolute a$$...

I can confirm it looks exactly like the pictures you posted and is exactly like you describe. The only difference is that there is no little "D" logo on the back. It also came with a screen protector. Plus it was only $4.

But it came with some damages on the left (near down volume button) and right side. The photos shows the damage on the right side prominently. But I guess I was just unlucky to get a damaged unit. Gonna contact the seller.
Due to the not-so-good workmanship, I think this case is meant to have a LITTLE TINY lip for the front screen but it doesn't really work well BECAUSE some parts (especially the top) doesn't have a lip-effect while the bottom half of the case does have a little. Most of the time, I don't feel the lip.
The lip is not well balanced from the top to the bottom of the phone. (at least for me)
The top is protected and has a cutout for the power button and the thickness of the case is the same as the power button, so sometimes it's a bit hard to press the power button, but it's no issue for me atm.
Other than the damage on the right side of the case, it's pretty good for a $1 case. I guess I was just unlucky
Edit: Contacted the seller, he was nice and offered a replacement unit right away. I didn't need to return my current one

Opened a PayPal dispute case with Desmay last night... was notified this morning that I will receive a full refund... case closed (pun intended).
