Developers Who Won Apple Watch Purchase Lottery Receiving Emails With Order Instructions

UK based. Got the invite email and ordered on Sunday. Still says processing items. Delivery June. Called Dev support. They said they expect shipping today or early tomorrow.

When I have to regularly visit this MacRumors Post in order to get any information about the expedited order for developers, that does not excel Apple's developer communication as being sufficient. I am extremely happy about this forum, so let's continue updating our experiences here!

also watching, waiting...

Spent 30 minutes this morning, first with normal Apple order hotline and afterwards with the (charged) developers hotline. Same information which has been posted before, continue to disregard the June delivery window, the watches are possibly already underway.
 
Just checked, my status also changed to preparing for shipment. On the one hand I am happy, on the other I am upset because I ordered my space grey black at 09:02 German time and it has yet to ship..... oh well, looking forward to playing with that thing.
 
I'm UK based and Just spoke to developer support they said the email we were sent to order was giving incorrect information and that in the next couple weeks it will dispatch.

Checked my order and has changed to preparing for dispatch from processing order so I don't know

EDIT: I have a pending bank charge for the watch sounds promising

Waiting for a tracking number...

Apple Dev Rep tells me on the phone, there were 40.000 expedited orders to get delivered in the next 1 - 2 days.

Same. Any US folks get updated? Or is it just UK so far? If they're going by region, that probably means us East Coast US devs will see some movement later this afternoon.

Yes probably rolling it out by region. I will post as soon as something changes. Thanks for the continued updates everyone!
 
Glad to see some people have their watches moving through the system. I'm in California, no movement on my order here yet. I'm hoping I get it later this afternoon with a delivery date of tomorrow.
 
East coast US dev here.. sometime in the last hour mine switched from Processing Items to Preparing for Shipment. A relief because they initially cancelled our order because we used the same company card that was used to preorder other watches for June delivery.
 
I'm a happy chap :-D
