Still nothing... and angry

It's past 5:00 PM PDT here (SF) and I haven't received a notice or tracking number. Order status is still Processing / Shipping 5/14-20.

I simply don't understand why Apple can't keep it's promise to ship by 5PM today, or why some are getting notified and the rest aren't.

It speaks volumes as to what Apple thinks of us: Clearly we're not a priority.

I'm rather annoyed.

Beginning to think this is a (not so) elaborate ruse to dupe us into buying two watches - or at least an extra band - and move slow product at the same time.

Saying I "won" this lottery is ironic

I live in the Bay Area too. I'm in the same boat. I'm hoping it's our geography. A lot of people on the east coast got theirs shipped around 7pm their time.

I'm in NYC and as of 9:35PM EST my status is still "Processing Items Available to ship: 2-3 weeks"
Delivers: May 14 - May 20

Same (Maryland though). My launch window SS classic buckle I can understand not shipping, I still have until the 8th to get it. But this watch was guaranteed to ship by tonight. It's 10PM on the East Coast.

I might just call and see if I can get any compensation for Apple's violated "Guarantee". Not that I need it, I mean it's not that big of a deal. Never hurts to ask though!

Still nothing for me. I'm starting to think there's a bug in their system. Maybe people who had more than one order or people who cancelled orders aren't getting shipped to for some reason. I guess there is about 2 hours left on the guarantee but I'm not holding my breath given the fiasco this has been so far.

It's 8:15 AM EST on 4/29 and my status remains "Processing Items ..."

No charge, no movement. The store 800 number says its flagged as expedited and should move quickly. She's not sure why it didn't already ship. Dev center phone support doesn't open for another hour, not even sure if they can help.

Same here in Wisconsin. I chatted with apple store support, they have no idea about this program and don't seem to know who to ask. He was nice enough to inform me I should have it in two weeks or less! hmm.....

You need to talk to dev support, normal support is unaware.

Will do. I had read on twitter last night that someone did just that and they also seemed a bit clueless. That person told them that "it might just arrive and the web status won't be updated". I find that hard to believe..

Again, it's just a watch. But annoying they promised something and clearly aren't coming through for some of us for an unknown reason.

Mine switched to preparing for shipment and my card was charged last night. I think they're just behind.

Mine has arrive now too (UK).

Just one thought -- did you guys checkout using exactly the same apple ID as the invitation was sent to? As far as I could tell, there was nothing special about the link in the invitation email (it was exactly the same link that a regular site visitor would use to add the 42mm blue strap watch to a basket), so I reckon the only way apple could be expediting these orders is by cross-referencing the apple ids used to make the orders against the list of apple ids that they sent out the invitation-to-purchase emails to.
