Did you order to have one shipped @ ATT store?

Yeah apparently the white is shipping more expeditiously (less demand)...I ordered my 8g black on the 18th, whilst my wife ordered a white 16g on the 22nd..her's just shipped

Unless Apple & AT&T are artificially creating shortages (which I doubt, but see Wii, Nintendo), these guys have done a horrible job getting this product into consumers' hands. Other manufacturers sell hundreds of thousands of products a week too and don't run out, why is it so hard for Apple & AT&T?

For a company that's so focused on user experience, this is one crappy experience.

I Shipped!!! I Shipped!!

My 16g-Blk from 7/14 shipped this morning. Pick-up for tomorrow!

It's not a dream it really does happen!

Hey again...

I just wanted to add in a little info on these orders.


From what I can gather from my 4 that just shipped..

The 16-Blacks seem to be shipping strait out of Tennessee and the white ones are coming from somewhere near the Apple Repair Depot in Texas!
 
A lot of iPhones seem to be shipping today. Must be why my order has stayed on '0' for so long. Hopefully there's enough 16 GB blacks in the shipment for me!
 
Still waiting... Ordered 16GB Black on the 14th as well. No funds charged from my account yet though. My order has been off backorder since yesterday afternoon.
 
My 16g-blk is coming from Ft Worth Tx.

An ATT Rep on 611# told me yesterday that orders from the 14th and earlier we're to ship in 7-10 days. 15th were shipping 10-21 days.

First bit of accurate information I heard from ATT
 
Ordered my 8Gig on 7/15, and will be at at&t today!

I was quoted as 7-10 days, and it took about 9, so not too bad!
 
Also noticed the hold on my Credit Card dropped yesterday and it still hasn't come back. I expected it to shop up before I shipped.

I even bought a couple of things using that card just to see how quick it would post and it was immediate. But still no post from ATT.
 
mine has been zero since last night... usually if doesn't ship, it goes back to 1 the next day... what could be the hold up? i ordered mine 7/14... i hope it ships soon...
 
Maybe someone can explain this queue# to me. I'm using http://www.herebethedragons.com/simple-queue.php, but I can't find a definite explanation of the queue# in the discussions - sorry if I overlooked it - there are a ton of posts!!

Anyway, my queue# has consistently been 1 since this past weekend, but no shipment has occurred. Does this mean that I'm 1st on the queue - but there haven't been any phones allocated to fulfill my order? I would think that by now there would have been a phone allocated to fulfill it, or my queue # would be higher like some folks are talking about.

you should all erase your posts about that issue.

i wouldn't want someone from some place that has info on some thing seeing your posts and reacting in a way that they may have forgot to act....

That's just how many orders are head of you for your zip-code. So your first in line for your store, for your model of phone.

It doesn't mean your first in line at the warehouse.
 
Another queue tracker! Thank god.

Well i was #9 two days ago and now I am #4. That sort of makes me angry. 5 people after me got their phone shipped to them yesterday and they def. weren't white phones. I thoroughly dislike att right now.

Well then I hope a 16gb black gets allocated to my store today! Sounds like that one will be mine.
 
Ordered on 7/14.
Starter around #140 in the queue
Today down to #6

Except I'm no longer in town... and don't expect to be back for a while

Lets hope they are willing to ship it to another att corporate store once it gets there

is it a good sign when your hold on your credit card goes back on? just happened to me today.. ordered 8gb 7/15 #6 in line. has anyone else seen the hold come back on and then have the iphone ship shortly after? just curious - thanks in advance

the hold on mine expired three days ago and was never put back on. My phones shipped today and there is still no charge or hold on my card, despite the email stating that my credit card ad been charged. It was an AmEx and they waste no time showing a charge.
 
ya mine was on for a few days after i bought it on the 15th, then the hold went away, now it was just put back on. its a debit/credit card - i guess we'll find out...
 
my store only had 1 phone shipped so far today.... everyone else is getting lots of shipments :( haha i'm excited to hear that someones 8g from the 15th shipped.. i got my 8g on the 18th so maybe that means i'll be soon?
