"Did you receive your Confirmation Email?" Thread

After trying on and off since 1:30AM PST I finally got an order through. I got the order confirmation page and order number, but no email from Apple (yet). I got through at about 7:30PM PST. Now it's just a waiting game.
 
I got both of mine, I wonder why people kept saying people on a family plan or premiere account could not upgrade, I fall onto both of those and I had no issues.
 
Whew - finally got a confirmation email about my reservation...

Was worried for a while as I had shown someone how I (thought) I had reserved one, and they wound up getting a confirmation email in about 10 minutes... I had to wait another hour on top of that, so about 2 hours for me.

Maybe they should think about using FIFO for confirmation emails. Why some take hours and hours and some are just a handful of minutes puzzles me.
 
Forgot to mention that I also received the email confirmation for the two bumpers I bought (I purchased these separately.)

Both email confirmations (iPhone and bumpers) came within a couple of hours of placing the order.

If you placed an order this AM, and still haven't received an email confirmation, you should definitely give Apple a shout. I would.
 
Order went through on Apple at 4pm eastern. Finally received an email confirmation at 9pm. iPhone "Delivers on June 24th." Good to go!
 
I finally got through at around 9:30 PM Eastern. No confirmation email or temporary charge on my card yet. However, I did order the dock in a separate order much earlier and I've already gotten an email confirmation and full charge regarding that.

When the mess was going on this morning, I downloaded the Apple Store app and did the reservation for my local store. I guess to be on the safe side I won't cancel my reservation until I get my confirmation email for the preorder.

EDIT: Sweet, just got my email confirmation for my preorder...and it's marked with a 6/24 delivery date! Yay! So relieved.
 
I ordered a little before Apple's site started saying it would ship on July 2 (Around 9:30 central). My confirmation page says June 24 for delivery, hoping when I get my e-mail it'll be the same thing! My CC has a $1 charge from Apple, so we'll see!
 
So somehow, Apple charged me twice for two separate orders of a phone and a bumper. Two different email confirmations with two different order numbers. Checked with my cc, they charged twice.

I hope I can get a human on the phone tomorrow so we can cancel one. I am worried that it will somehow bounce both orders.

Did this happen to anyone else?
 
I ordered mine six hours ago. I still haven't gotten mine, so I'm a little worried 😱. But, the website says all orders made after 4PM CST will be authorized the next day - as in tomorrow.
 
I tried preordering through Apple and got to the point where I had to locate a store for a reservation. There was never any submit button and I have not received a confirmation email. I'm trying through ATT now. If I do receive one from Apple in the next few days, can I cancel the order? The order status site is down so I can't check it.

Just got my Order Acknowledgement at 9:20pm pst, less than 2 hours from my order. Woo hoo!
 
Just got mine

Placed my order at 9:30 p.m. Central and just received the email at 11:49 p.m. My card has not been charged yet. But got the official email: delivers on June 24th. I can breathe a little easier. (and still be a little disappointed I didn't get the white one but that's the price I decided to pay to have it on the first day) 😱

Now let's just pray I'm one of the lucky ones like the original iPhone with activation....

EDIT: Card was just charged mere moments after my email was received.

Almost the same timings for my order and email confirmation, including the delivers on June 24th part.

Ordered 9:30 p.m. central time as well and just got my e-mail "confirming" the June 24 delivery. I might actually be able to sleep tonight! 😀
