"Did you receive your Confirmation Email?" Thread

I placed my order through AT&T around 7:30 am EST. Still no e-mail or charge on my cc. It does show up on my AT&T order status and it says I am no longer eligible for an upgrade. Hoping for the best.
 
this morning i placed my order but got an error msg. I was about to try again when I got an email confirmation. My cc has been charged, but I can't find my order on order status??

I keep getting this msg:

OS001: We're sorry but the information you entered was not recognized by our systems. Please contact us for further assistance
 
Yep, placed two separate orders via Apple Store online around 4:15pm PDT, just got my confirmation emails within the last 20 minutes or so.
 
My order went through at 4:40 PM PST and I received the Order Acknowledgement email at 6:50.

Hang in there. If you have your order number, it'll be okay.
 
I too got a receipt for both the iPhone and case in the past hour.

Now I just need a tracking number... :cool:
 
Just got my acknowledgement email.... :D

I REALLY hope you guys still unable to pre-order will be able to soon, it really sucks it being broken for so long :(

Feel your pain. I immediately received an email. response around 8am CST but i can't lookup the order online.
 
I also just got my order acknowledgment. It took about 2 hours after I made the order.
 
For those of you that got your confirmation, was your cc charged? Mine was, and I swore I read that it wouldn't be until it shipped. Hmmmm.
 
You guys who are stating you received your confirmation email, should state where you ordered from... AT&T or Apple. Seems most of you receiving the e-mail confirmations in the latter ordered through Apple.

Getting the same thing...got a confirmation screen/number, but no order in system, no confirmation email and that error comes up whenever I try to search my account for open orders.
 
Received my Apple preorder confirmation about 9:30pm EST. I got my order through at about 4:00pm EST. My credit card was charged immediately.

Looks like I'm all set! It's bittersweet though, as I feel for my wife, as she was really wanting a white one. She's got more patience then me though, and is choosing to wait it out. :cool:
 
Mine as well as my husband's just came in within the last hour. Both ordered from Apple - separately. We are on family plan and were eligible w/$18 fee.
