Yeah it did cross my mind that he could have been sold the band that way and just doesn't know any better. I did say in my refund request that it could have been an honest mistake just in case. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when I can.

Down to 750...who’s feeling compulsive 😝Solid way to get into an AOD Hermes. You would probably want to keep the leather band as it’s more valuable to keep than to sell in this used condition. But any beton band is really hard to find. And obviously suitable for someone who doesn’t own the sport band. I’ve found Poshers take low ball offers 90% of the time. And no pesky Posh shipping fee!

I bet you’re thinking of a @mikedop post. This doesn’t have any superimposed graphics but just compare these two red sport bands...the darker one is the old style, less of a gentle curve compared to the more rounded new style on the lighter one.
Yeah Mike has developed the ability to look at random marketplace listings and suss the generation. I would never try to claim that. He’s a special one.

Yeah I’ve seen a few pictures of marks like that in other threads. Apple seems to have really missed the mark as far as durability goes with all the new 2020 styles.
