I've never actually seen stage light being used for anything before. I didn’t even realize these photos were using it until you just brought it up. They look nice, I kind of want to go out and take some now.

That's exactly what I thought when @goldmac2006 posted a Stage Light photo here. Now I'm talking them every day, lol!

We’ve taken this Apple Watch Series 10 band collector’s thread about mental health and turned it into an iPhone photography thread about flowers 🌺 😂. Spring is here, and the flowers are starting to bloom! We used photo walks to cheer our OP up, and it was a great way to connect and have some fun.

I hope OP is feeling better, but I suspect we had more fun sharing flower pics! 😜

None of the Portrait pics I tried today turned out well. This is magnified and cropped from a Spatial Photo.

No. Hope to get one someday when/if the price comes down.
Same here.

Only less than a thousand people have the Vision Pro.

You did spatial photo purposely for the detail and preservation of the image quality right?

Will try it on my 15 pro someday

Less than a thousand? Where did you hear that number? While VP sales may not be as big as Apple hoped for, I'm sure it's not THAT dire!

And yes, Spatial Photos look good even when looking at them in 2D, and it's nice to have the option to revisit them in 3D someday.

I estimated it. Lots of people return these things when they try it out at home as they cannot afford it.

Spatial picture and video is lit anyways.

Did you try the VP Demo at Apple Store? I would have bought one if I had $4000 to spare. While you are right that the VP is too expensive for many people, there are also people who can afford it.

What does "lit" mean in this context? I've seen that expression, but I don't quite understand what it means.

Yes I did try it on 4 times for Apple Vision Pro at an Apple Store. I did it two times on visionOS 2, btw. Same here I would get it only if the price went lower and everything in visionOS was more developed. It is still behind on development unlike iOS, iPadOS, macOS and watchOS.

I mostly favour visionOS on the following: immersive experiences with games, movies and other interactive experiences, a way to interact with productivity workflows and creativity apps like CAD modelers and Pages in a different environment and the Environments y’all can put to block around the real world around visionOS.

My wife is selling her Series 10 as her consultant has recommended not wearing it due to some nerve issues in her wrist. Since taking it off shes noticed an improvement which is positive for her, but also a bit alarming. My Apple watch is so useful, but I also miss wearing some of my nice watches daily. Might have to start doing that a bit more I think.

Has she tried alternating wrists? My Apple watch bothers me sometimes -- the spot where the sensors touch skin feels itchy, or my wrist starts tingling, like the nerves are being too stimulated. Whenever I start feeling that, I switch to the other wrist. If the other wrist starts being bothered by the watch, I switch back.

I have the Galaxy Watch Ultra as well, and I must admit that there are days when I don't wear my Apple Watch Ultra or feel like it. I use the Galaxy Ultra instead since I daily drive two devices (iPhone and Samsung S25 U).
Interestingly, whenever I switch, I always find myself coming back to the Apple Watch.

She has tried that, but doesn't get on with the feel of it on the other wrist after 35 years or so. I think she's coming around to the mindset of not using a smartwatch, which isn't a bad thing, unless she buys a Rolex Datejust, which is what she mentioned the other day 🤦‍♂️

It’s great to revisit the topic of not wearing Apple Watches for certain reasons. Could you please share which straps she uses with her Apple Watch? Are they sport bands, solo loops, metal, or leather straps? This link from Apple provides insights into the reasons behind reactions and allergens to straps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118234

Yeah sure, she solely uses the woven sport loop bands as she doesn't like rubber or leather on her wrists. She doesn't have a skin reaction or anything like that, her issue is deep in her wrist and nerve related. We don't think it was caused by the Apple watch as she's worn an Apple watch since 2015, but she has noticed an improvement when not wearing it. Thanks for the link too 👍

I wonder if the weight has anything to do with it. You mentioned her considering a Rolex. Has she had any discomfort with regular watches? Is Apple watch the heaviest watch she has worn, or has she worn similarly weighted watches before?

It's probably the lightest watch she has worn as she's now wearing a stainless mechanical watch which is probably double the weight of her Apple Watch. I think it's probably whatever signal the Apple Watch was transmitting into the skin to read heart rate etc, is aggravating a nerve or something. I am just pleased she has some relief anyway.

O dang so that is why the consultant said it is from the nerve, not a dermatological issue. She did only wear braided solo loops, correct? When did these issues just started?

The wrist issue isn’t caused by the watch, but it seems to add to some of the discomfort she’s having. She’s trying to put off having surgery on it and had 5 Cortisone injections so far, which are agony for 2 weeks and only give 2 months of relief.

The removal of the watch has helped like the consultant advised, how much may be psychological, I do not know? She’s always worn the sport loops yeah, she’s never liked the rubber Sport bands.
