On the original subject, I can’t remember the last time I had a break from my Apple Watch, I was ill the other week and paused my rings for the day, that is as close as I got. I probably should make more of an effort to wear my other watches, I’ve got some nice mechanical ones and a couple of G Shocks too.
On the MH front, things can get better, I had a really rough few years, but with the right support, and finding what works for you things can get better. I still need to keep aware and catch myself when things start to dip. I hope that the OP is on the path to working out how he can do that.
