recipe/instructions? I have made nothing but a mess in my attempts
There is plenty of info on this all over the net but I'll get you started with canna oil (which is easier and more effective than canna butter, in my experience).
Get yourself either clarified butter (ghee) or pure coconut oil. Coconut oil is a solid at room temperature but melts easily when warmed. You can even find it on eBay if you have trouble finding it at a health food store. I prefer coconut oil because it's just nice and it's also high in saturated fat (
but not bad for you). That's a good thing because the cannabis needs fat to bond to. (this is also why it is detectable in your system for so long, it sticks around in fat cells) A lot of morons think that just dumping some weed into their brownie mix is enough. It's not and can in fact be utterly useless.
If you make your canna oil right, there is very little weed waste. I use just slightly more than I would if I were smoking it and my cookies knock people on their asses for about 6 or 7 hours. Some people weigh it, I have no such scales so I just eye-it/guess.
Right so measure out your weed. Like I said, plan on using just a little more than you would smoking it and dose that out per cookie/brownie/whatever. Grind it really well but don't entirely powder-ize it because it makes it hard to strain out later. I have a coffee grinder that exists solely to grind cannabis for
baking purposes.
Warm your oil on the stove/hob. Put your ground-up weed in it. Simmer it on medium to low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. It will turn the oil greenish brown.
After that strain it out with a metal mesh thing. Throw out the sludge. It's the oil you want.
Allow the oil to cool a little. Use it in whatever it is you are cooking that requires oil.
Viola! <- (I've answered this question before ;-))
I wonder what % of weed smokers also smoked cigarettes on a regular basis. Tobacco is the nasty bit IMO.
It's weird but a lot of people think/wonder this. I don't smoke cigarettes. Just because I smoke weed doesn't mean I am out looking for other crap to smoke.
Some people are smoking Salvia now. Anyone here tried it?
It's mostly intended as a Shamanistic substance and doesn't always do great things to everybody. Salvia is not comparable to weed
at all.
I wouldn't call it a "new" drug. It's a plant that's been around for quite a while, but it definitely is gaining popularity.
I don't understand why many substances are illegal. For example, salvia is becoming illegal in more and more places. Why? It doesn't cause any long term damage. You don't get addicted to it. You don't get all hopped up and violent on it, and even if it did make you feel violent good luck standing up.
Trying to understand the legal status on "drugs" is something that is sure to really annoy a logical mind. It's purely political and often based on bad information and governmental urge to control teh people. Frustrating.
