I smoke regularly. I do go through dry periods where I don't feel like getting high for months at a time. I feel sorry for the people that have been blinded by Govt propaganda regarding this wonder plant. It can do so many things. It's mind boggling that it is illegal still.

So as a child I went to a hippy camp, became a CIT (Counselor In Training), and now I'm on staff. 2 years ago I tried pot. Loved it. Smoked it everyday that summer...then this past summer again, smoked it every day,

Sounds like what we did at my overnight camp when we became staff. I was on staff for 8 years.

We did a great job taking care of the kids during the day.... and we did an equally great job getting drunk and stoned at night. Good friggin' times.

I'm a tool. I don't do anything. :(. No weed, alcohol, coffee, tobacco, etc. I like sports though. Snowboarding season starting up in USA.

Here in the Colorado rockies, snowboarding and the ganja go hand in hand. Like flannel and torn jeens did in the 90's :D.

haha. It's like that here too in Southern California. One guy offered me a hit when I was going up the lift. I don't know how they do it man. It takes me a lot of concentration just to board.

I ski, but I know one thing, it instantly seems easier. It makes me just tend to go with the flow if you catch my drift? :p

hahaha. nice. And on jumps and everything? Makes it easier as well?

Nah, well, it depends. Smaller ones are more awesome feeling, but the big ones are intimidating. I've like freaked going off of one and screamed. Stares were given to me. lol

I did the other day but I don't think I was inhaling that or I didn't do enough . I will do it again sometime soon though. All the cool kids are doing it.

Yes you inhaled wrong. Here's a tip, first time, only take 3 small hits, suck on it like a straw, then open your mouth and inhale. This allows it to cool and the air will push the smoke into your lungs.

Second, DO NOT EVER SMOKE because you think its cool. If you want to do it for the new experience, to enjoy yourself, thats all cool. If you do it to be cool though, you're a douchebag and also partially the reason its frowned upon.

Also, don't be a dumb **** and smoke it in tin foil pipes or any of that.

What would they cut weed with?

Flour.

I once had a room mate who dealt with a lot of weed (100s of gram) and he once got his hand on some weed mixed with flour. It was not even doing anything if I remember correctly.

Btw, my weed smoking years are over as I grew addicted to it and had to stay for 23 + 16 weeks at two clinics to get rid of it and live my life without it.

Though I'm still addicted to cigarettes.

Okay, well at least admit that ITS YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT for the addiction. Its not physically addicting, the only addiction you can have from it is the enjoyment you get from it. If you don't have the willpower to give it up, that's your problem. If you're trying to spout that it's like alcohol and tobacco addiction, I'm going to get really angry. It's nothing like that. I've quit months at a time easily, with no side effects, and I smoke(d) daily.

I've got friends that have done the same thing, for jobs or whatever reason. I just hope you aren't trying to compare weed to nicotine.

Thanks. I'll have to try that. And don't worry, only a few of the kids I know do it and they are the most popular kids at school. So I figured that's all it takes! I'm just kidding, don't worry

I have a huge problem with most of the non-smoking community though, as everybody that has ever smoked pot knows its not in any way in the same league as heroine etc. but it seems none of my non-smoking friends can get that. The only thing prohibition has done is profited the black market and made teens and other smokers jump through dangerous hoops just to use a relatively harmless substance.

All well and good, but you never really explained why you have such a huge problem with those of us who don't smoke.

I refuse to impair my judgement voluntarily.

I do on occasion partake in alcohol, but I've never been anywhere close to drunk, and I do it in a family setting so it is all safe

Cut weed with Flour? Seriously? Thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. That would be like instead of ordering a bourbon and water, ordering a bourbon and dirt. Doesn't make any sense. If anything someone may have been trying cook with it and/or accidentally spilled flour on it.

Also, I kicked weed in one day. Never even looked back. You can smoke weed for 50 years and kick it instantly. Although it will take you at least 10 weeks to make clean piss. You can always check yourself with THC tests right from amazon.com

Nowhere did I say, that it was not my fault. Learn to read please. :)

THC might not be physically addictive, but it can be psychological addictive, especially if one is prone to addiction, as some are more than others. I belong to that group as my parents were alcoholics.

I have seen many people enjoying smoking weed and I'm glad they are able to without getting addicted, just like many can enjoy alcohol without growing a habit out of it.

But I also have seen the side, where smoking weed or hash can destroy someone's life, even physiologically (resulting in neurosis and similar brain damage). I've seen it being consumed by many depressive people (including me) and it enhances this "mood" or latent illness and can bring one to halt many, if not all activities.

It is my experience and the experience of the few people I met during my therapy that also used this drug. It is a drug and it can be abused like any other drug. Nicotine is a drug too, alcohol is a drug too, food can be used and abused as a drug. Work. Body. Apple.

Anyway, congratulations (honestly) to your non-abusive, non-addictive use of THC.

It was a white, odorless powder, and it surely was not cocaine. Smoking the weed in large amounts, meaning leaving the tobacco out, did not bring any effects I was used to when smoking weed/hash.

The amount of time of THC leaving the body via urine is depending on the amount of THC you consumed. I smoked ten or so joints a week before I went to the clinic, it was maybe one or two grams. After six weeks (five weeks in the clinic) they couldn't find it anymore via urine tests (which were done occasionally, but more often with me, as I had still some THC in me when I arrived).
When I relapsed and smoked three joints with a friend while in the clinic, though not on the compound, the THC was gone in less than four weeks.

Well, not all of the non-smoking community. Only the ones which the government brainwashed.

I should have cleared that up sorry.
