I think you have about 3-5 mins before shipping dates starts to slip.
This is the first redesign in 3 years. It will be months within 5 minutes max.
Thats why I always order via my carrier which is verizon. They actually start taking orders a couple of minutes before midnight compared to 12:01 on the Apple site.As soon as preorder starts. The website and app will have problems. Most people won’t be able to put the order in until five to ten minutes after :00 . Soon as your order goes through. Most will receive a ship date for the last days of November or early December. If a buyer doesn’t preorder it will be February or March before they get the X. It will be a AirPods inventory shortage luanch.
It will never sell out.
It'll sell out quickly, but the return-rate will be interesting.
Buyer's remorse could hit epidemic levels for a phone that starts at $1300 out-the door (i.e., including sales tax, $200 Apple care and a case) but which doesn't offer breakthrough usability or time-saving for its owner.
I think buyers remorse could be a real factor. Ultimately an iPhone is an iPhone. For your average Facebook, Snapchat and instagrammer there isn’t a huge difference between the 6 and X.
Returns will happen once sleep starts being lost over the price and the realization they can get the same personal usage results for $400 less.
1. Gas go up
2. Umemployment increase
3. No raise at work
4. Health insurance go up
5. Accessories go up
6. Kid school
so on
i think with reason above , alot people change their mind at last minutes...
You both are so incredibly correct. The functionality between an iPhone 7 and the X is going to be nearly identical. It’s not like one has iPad level multitasking.
I think we've all been there.
Walk into a store, see something shiny, and blow a months worth of diaper and gas money, and get the chills every night before we sleep because we know it wasn't smart.
Part of the maturing process
So you are preordering right![]()
72 seconds and Nov 3rd deliveries will be gone
What's the quickest way to purchase? Through your carrier or through the Apple Store app? I was thinking the app since you can favorite your purchase, but I've been hearing the carrier may be faster.
Which app? Can you elaborate?People say you can save all your info in a profile with the app. (I'd like to test this first on some Apple Store item).
5 minutes...tops

This may be true. I said 5 minutes, to be conservative, but what worries me is the lack of 8 sales, which is a dead giveaway for what will come
