I made two separate reservations under two different Apple IDs for 32GB iPhone 4's. I called my Apple store today to ensure they had my reservation -- they DIDNT. I went into the store in person and talked to the manager, who went in the back to check my status. He came back and said that he could see my reservations, but that they had been cancelled. He said there was nothing that he could do about it, and advised me to call 1-800-MY-APPLE. I'm waiting to speak to a customer service rep as I type this. I'm so pissed
