Does anyone really even like Firefox 3.0? I have to say, it still seems so clunky compared to Safari.
jut use cmd++ to full page zoom, much easy to read if the font bothers you alot.
I think you might need to export bookmark from safari first. I think firefox only presents importing option at first run....
looks is very easy to change. There is one that dress up firefox just like safari. Sorry i can't give you link now since the server is quite busy and I can't connect...
I got it. I lost a lot of my bookmarks, for some reason. It seemed to pick my bookmarks from a file that was months old. Looks alright for now, although I never had a problem with how 2.0 looked. I just have to wait now for Adblock to be updated.

can you point me in the direction of something which shows that we have to download specifically from that page to be counted for the World Record attempt? I very much doubt that is the case as it would be completely retarded thing to do.
Hmm. I clicked the link, downloaded the disk image, and installed what turned out to be Release Candidate 3.
Isn't it interesting that if this is an 'Official Release' that the main Mozilla US site still has only 2.0 available. And, if it's official, then why doesn't the 'Check for Updates' in the Beta/RC version of 3.0 tell you there is an Update available?

Same here! At spreadfirefox.com there's a note saying "Please download Firefox 3 by 17:00 UTC on June 18, 2008. That's 10:00 a.m. in Mountain View, 1:00 p.m. in Toronto, 2:00 p.m. in Rio de Janeiro, 7:00 p.m. in Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Rome and Warsaw, 9:00 p.m. in Moscow, and June 19, 2008 at 1:00 a.m. in Beijing and 2:00 a.m. in Tokyo."
We still have 23 hours.
i think they won't start counting until the server is up and running, at least thats what I felt reading the blog post.
