Shrink the phone and it won't be a big deal. The Plus is just too big in its current design.
And too heavy! Nobody is saying that. Way too much for my taste.

I doubt I can afford the most awesome 10 year anniversary edition that's super expensive and has cheramic body and diamond screen lol..The more the leaks start to come out, the more it is shaping up as next year it'll be the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus and a one of special anniversary mega expensive 5.8" edition.
So unless you like the S models, or want the special edition one you may as well buy now yes?
Vissible scratches for only $749.Apple said:The high-gloss finish of the jet black iPhone 7 is achieved through a precision nine-step anodization and polishing process. Its surface is equally as hard as other anodized Apple products; however, its high shine may show fine micro-abrasions with use. If you are concerned about this, we suggest you use one of the many cases available to protect your iPhone.
No, like i said, its warranted criticism towards a boneheaded move by Apple. They've been disrespecting their consumers for years now, it got to the point where I got tired of their bullsh*t and built my hackintosh. Damn near every product of theirs has at least one crippling flaw;
Apple TV; has a USB port but you cant connect an external drive with media to it for native playback. WTF?
MacBook Pro: soldered ram and glued battery? Seriously, no upgrade path at all?
iMac: mobile GPU in a desktop?! Plus, it's borderline false advertising of the speeds considering the case is so tight theres poor airflow requiring the CPU to downthrottle otherwise it'd fry.
The list goes on though... But these aren't 'screw ups' on Apple's part... these are deliberate efforts to LIMIT their consumers. As a prosumer/power user, I'm done. OS X is their last great product.... unless they f*ck that up too.
Thats very very valid. But you have to decide yourself what are you trying to get out of the machine. Is it gaming? build yourself a pc for $1-1.5k USD with true desktop class gpus GTX1070s. Is it work thats mac based, sure get the base imac with 16gb of ram. It really depends on your needs.Your point about the mobile gpu inside is one reason why I wonder if the iMac is worth that money. I don't want a machine that;s good enough for today. I want it to last at least 4 years and not regret having investing 3200 euro.
No, it's not gaming. But it won't hurt that it's at least capable of doing it. It will be Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, 4K content that we make, as well as what others make and I have to process. As well as the stuff we watch from the Internet. Huge MySQL database stuff, etc. I will still go for the iMac, but I am planning on buying the best card option possible, knowing I want it to still be useful in a few years. The iMac from 2009 I have now came with an okay card at the time, but again, underpar compared to what we throw in Windows boxes. And it's 2016 now and every app that requires a gpu to show its muscles is struggling.Thats very very valid. But you have to decide yourself what are you trying to get out of the machine. This is what really sucks about the current Apple. They make design decisions based on profit concerns. There would be not way in hell Jobs would not out a high end camera on the mid-size phone it was technically possible. He would charge for it, but he would not cripple the product just to "differentiate the high-end line". Galaxy S8, here I come...
Something tells me that nothing will satisfy your wish list. Every year just makes the list longer, so Apple will never get there.
LinX Imaging, the company Apple acquired last year for their advanced camera technology, designed triple and quadruple cameras.Pretty sure it's triple cam next year.
...and forever change the laws of physics.I want an iPhone 8 SE with dual camera and 3D Touch. That phone would outsell hot cakes
And some of us have 'more in our pockets'! Ha haNo it isn't. It's perfectly fine. Some people have small hands, some of us have bigger hands.
Remember when buying ripped jeans was cool?Vissible scratches for only $749.
I love light phones, but I have a secret.. I love if they have some weight to it as well. It's what I liked about the 4 that I had. The 5s spoiled me, it felt so empty on the inside and sorta lighter than the 4. Amazing. The 6s Plus is ridiculously too heavy. I had the 6 Plus for a month in 2014 and enjoyed it. But they put way too much in the 6s Plus.
I skipped the Plus model this time around and got the 7. I was pleasantly surprised that it weighs less than the 6s.
The 4.7" model is high end in everything but camera, which is limited by available space.I don't understand what high end has to do with screen size. Why can't the 4,7" model be high end?
Two different focal lengths for standard and telephoto. What's the point of 2 rear cameras? Superimposing two images or picking the better of the two?
Not odd at all; iPhone 7 was an option... until they turned it into kludge without the headphone jack.
Doesn't matter, the criticisms of the iPhone 7 are warranted.
I don't think I am. I think my presence is necessary to point Apple's faults rather than have everyone nod up and down like lemmings, too many of the faults fly right under the radar.
Very innovative. Couldn't make a waterproof phone with a headphone jack but Sony and Samsung have been doing it for years... now they cant add the camera to regular sized phones?
I don't call this courage, I call it incompetence.
