Are you suggesting that those who ordered within minutes may be "stuck"? :-/ wtf
The context seemed to be more of stuck as in backlogged. The rep couldn't access all of the orders from the morning at that time. As they got processed and released the phone reps could then get into them. So orders after the big first batch went through as normal. That first group was so big and because of some issues they had to sort them out before they could be accessed by the call center.
I included that portion of my call as an example of how slammed thier order system must have been. I haven't seen any talk of orders being "lost". Some orders were probably just delayed internally while things were sorted out.
