element bumper "vapor"

Hey Troop. I really hope you get your case soon but your id tag says black/red
vapor case. If thats what you ordered than I would expect it to take quite a bit longer because they don't even have that as on option in their first stage of production.

Uhhhhhh ok. Apple just put out a warning an All the vapor lemmings are now trying to justify their 80 case, that probably has never been tested.

Ahhhh another week down and not a single vapor element shipped, only an employee doing damage control with a horrible picture of him giving the allege case a death grip to keep it on.
 
Case Recieved.

so after like a year, finally recieved the case. To answer any questions you guys might have: Yes it does decrease signal. But I live in an area where I have consistantly 5 bars. From what I understand, if you have high signal, then you will not lose any bars. However if you are in an area (like my apartment) where you only get 3 bars or less, then yes you will lose signal using a carbon fiber case/aluminum case. SECOND, the case is extremely nice and not bulky at all. But 100x nicer feel than the apple bumper which I may add cost apple about 5 cents to make. Third, I had ordered the case (black on black) the same time as my girlfriend (greenish) and she has not recieved hers yet. Their customer service is sub par at best as I have sent in many emails asking if I could get a trade for a case that does NOT have the vapour label on the side. It looks okay, but IMO looks way slicker without. Anyways I don't have a better camera than my macbook camera, so I will try and borrow one so I can post some pics. I can assure you it was worth the wait FOR ME, but honestly their customer service is sub par at best. I prefer dealing with professionals who are quick at replying and not so "deceiving".

haha, I only mentioned it because I wanted the black/silver and though I would order what they can produce now and a month or 2 down the road I would order some side pieces in different colours if I really like the case. You seem like you really want this to protect your iphone and it may be possible to change you order so you get your case a month sooner.
If they have been this slow about getting what they say they can get out I can't imagine how long it would take to get something from them that they haven't even begun working on yet.

Prolly won't stay due to people with small weiners like the above who make up for the lack of meat by acting like aholes on forums. I'm not going to "produce" any pictures until I find a decent quality cam so you can't accuse me of having a fake case.

P.S. The shady picture posted a few pages back is the real case. Bad quality cam does not do justice to the actual finish of the case. And it is not as bulky as it looks in that pic either. Please feel free to ask any questions about the case :)

New to forum, only joined for the vapour case and carbon fiber case boards which are pretty rare. Again, another tiny-dong dweeb trying to act like a bully. Whats with people being so damn suspicious? Seriously... Go out and get some fresh air, not everyone is out to **** with you, its a stupid forum... lmao.

Then prove them wrong and post some pics until you find a better cam and then post some more pics maybe in the same setting to prove to all beyond doubt. Anything other than that would just be trolling.

Can you produce a tracking #? Or take a snapshot of the FedEx/ups etc... Tracking updates, you can blackout your name and address for privacy reasons.

posting how he received the case yet offers no acTual proof. He won't post pictures or anything. Why don't you use the iPhones camera and take some pics in a mirror?

Ya whatever I thought people would be happy to have questions answered. I wish I had a camera at the moment but Im not going to go out of my way to buy a new camera just to take some pics for ungrateful people that go accusing everyone of being trolls.

I have faith in you, mostly because you posted more than once, unlike the other person who just posted once and never came back. Props man :D In all seriousness, I'd appreciate even MacBook webcam taken pics! :cool:
