I have done nothing to violate any terms, simply stating my opinion. Big Red your not going to tell me how or what to post.
Its pretty obvious the company is having issues producing the cases thus far, and it doesent lead to any LEGITIMATE companies credibility to have your address listed as a UPS store.
I understand many company operate out of a home, that doesent make them good or bad, just like any company they are what they make themselves to be, and so far Element has been poor with the Vapor.
Any issues with this post Big Red, since you are the self appointed forum Police? Does that position come with a sash to wear?

You obviously have not a single bit of interest in this case. Your only objective seems to be to make as many slanderous and childish statements as possible. While Element has obviously not been completely transparent in how they operate, they have not done one thing to be seen as "illegal". They have sent us two updates thus far about their delays. Two weeks delay is not even a big deal LOL.
If you want to continue to act this way then fine so be it. I obviously have no control over you. But several people have asked for the trolling statements to stop. Just give the company a chance to get their product to the market. If it ends up being crap then by all means revert to your old ways. But please until then just chill out.
Look at this Big Red Head, I did something nice for you and everyone else. Did a little investigating through a whois search and got a non element email contact, emailed him and got a very quick response.
"We started shipping a couple weeks ago and then had to stop to retool.
Problems with the retool were delayed a bit but we shipped some parts end of last week and we're shipping more tomorrow. Then again on Thursday.
Not sure what all the uproar is about. Sheesh man, we're doing our best.

Ok, even my patience is starting to get a little raw. I really hope to hear some updates of any kind from our friends at element today. ie shipping notices or new pics. I'd even settle for a yahoo who says he's got one but he lives in the future and doesn't have enough Plutonium to get the DeLorean back to our time so he can post pics.
Who did they ship them to? Old people who don't know how to use the internet or upload pics to their comps?
Anyways, per my phone convo i had with them last week, i hope my order is the one he is referencing to as "tomorrow" because thats what he told me last week "end of this week, or early next week" for 26xx orders
He is using the word parts so I'm wondering if this from the supplier who Element has hired to make the case parts. Didn't Element say last week that it received a shipment of cases last week. Or something to that effect.
Not surprising that another day goes by and still nobody has received one. I wonder what excuse they will come up with this week? Ran out of metal? So we just started the digging on our new metal mine behind grandpas house... should be a few weeks and then we will have our mine fully operational and we can continue production of the infamous Vapor case.
Has *anybody* received a tracking number? I assume every shipment going out has a tracking number.
For all the skeptics that that thought Element wasn't shipping the Vapor case this week...My tracking info.....

I tried too but obviously if they are busy and with limited staff they hardly would be able to answer the phone, especially on a Monday morning. Did you leave a voicemail message? I didn't as I doubt they are set up for cheap calling to Canada.

I decided to go to the back of the line. Requested and received a refund, promptly. After looking at the case picture or renders, whatever they are, I decided to go with the silver/black. Also preferred no logo but was unable to confirm on the original order with EC. At any rate, I waited a month, what's another month or two? In the meantime I have a Seidio Innocase II on order, so I'll see how that works out. Still looking forward to some reviews and if everything looks good, I'll order one soon.
Ok Update, they finally answered and the guy wasn't rude or snobby. He said people should be receiving theirs today from the shipment they sent out last week. He said my Black/Red case may take up to 2 more weeks, as they have to get the rest of the cases shipped out this week.
So nothing yet?!?
